Los retos culturales, sin duda. He trabajado en 17 países y, aunque creo firmemente que hay más similitudes que diferencias cuando hablamos de personas, cada región tiene su cultura: sus propias costumbres, formas de comunicarse y rituales corporativos. Nosotros tenemos una fuerza laboral muy joven, el 29% tiene menos de 34 años y el 26% entre 35 y 44, y he sido testimonio de cómo junto a las nuevas generaciones no estamos viviendo el típico choque de diferencias, sino que vienen a redefinir patrones y romper paradigmas en el mundo del trabajo.
Las tendencias son desarrollar las capacidades técnicas de la inteligencia artificial y potenciar habilidades blandas del futuro como el pensamiento crítico, la resiliencia, la adaptabilidad al cambio, la agilidad para el aprendizaje, el autodesarrollo y la empatía.
