Trescom refuerza su apuesta por la IA y por el empoderamiento de las mujeres con el
lanzamiento de una herramienta diseñada para acompañarlas en su desarrollo profesional.

Madrid, 22 de mayo de 2025.- Trescom  lanza IA ,Jefa , una herramienta que combina innovación tecnológica y compromiso social para impulsar el liderazgo femenino desde una perspectiva inclusiva y realista.

Este GPT desarrollado internamente es la evolución natural de Yo,Jefa , la iniciativa la iniciativa de Trescom para formentar el liderazgo femenino en los entornos profesionales. Con IA, Jefa, Trescom da un paso más al crear una herramienta basada en Inteligencia Artificial que ofrece respuestas con perspectiva de género, propone soluciones estratégicas y actúa como una aliada para que las mujeres lideren en sus propios términos.

La creación de IA, Jefa no es algo casual. Tras una investigación exhaustiva sobre el impacto de la IA en el entorno laboral de las mujeres, y el análisis de informes de ONU Mujeres, UNESCO o el Foro Económico Mundial, el equipo de la agencia desarrolló una IA empática, libre de sesgos y diseñada con intención: ser útil, cercana y transformadora. Desde su configuración técnica hasta su personalidad, IA, Jefa ha sido entrenada para entender el contexto profesional femenino, ofrecer orientación práctica y acompañar en procesos como entrevistas, liderazgo de equipos, visibilidad o toma de decisiones.

El proyecto se construyó en ocho fases, desde la definición de objetivos hasta su lanzamiento, y fue testado por las propias mujeres del equipo de Trescom. Como resultado, la agencia ha dado vida a una herramienta viva que evoluciona con cada uso, adaptándose a las realidades cambiantes del liderazgo femenino.

La puesta en marcha de IA, Jefa se enmarca en la estrategia de innovación de Trescom, que ya cuenta con un equipo interdisciplinar volcado en integrar la Inteligencia Artificial en todos sus procesos.
