Un niño o niña, que legalmente no existe, es un niño sin derechos.Registrar el nacimiento de un bebé es la mejor forma de empezar una vida. Por eso es uno de nuestros regalos preferidos.
Los registros de nacimientos son extremadamente importantes para establecer legalmente la existencia de los niños y niñas y asegurar el acceso a sus derechos y beneficios, como su derecho a asistir al médico, recibir sus vacunas o asistir al colegio.
