Randstad, empresa de talento líder en España y en el mundo, ha presentado las conclusiones de la XVI edición de su informe anual Randstad Employer Brand Research, que analiza las principales razones por las que un profesional elegiría una empresa para desarrollar su carrera profesional. En base a los resultados del informe, la compañía ha entregado los galardones Randstad Awards, que distinguen a las empresas más atractivas para trabajar en función de su sector de actividad.
Así, según las respuestas de los más de 171.000 encuestados en todo el mundo, más de 7.700 a nivel nacional, han sido elegidas como mejores empresas nacionales para trabajar en sus respectivos sectores:
En palabras de Ana Requena, CEO de Randstad: “Uno de los principales retos del mercado laboral global es el déficit de talento, por lo que la atracción de profesionales se hace más compleja y su fidelización se convierte en estratégica para las empresas. Este desafío requiere más que nunca centrar esfuerzos en potenciar el atractivo de la marca empleadora para salir reforzados en un mercado altamente competitivo”.
Durante el evento, Oriol Mas, director general de Randstad Enterprise, explicó los principales resultados del Randstad Employer Brand Research y afirmó: “Construir una marca empleadora genuina, basada en hechos reales, más allá de los convencionalismos y tendencias, nos acerca al talento. Esto comienza internamente, desarrollando una cultura y una experiencia de empleado única y diferenciadora. Solo así podremos proyectarnos eficazmente al mercado laboral y atraer nuevo talento”.
Equilibrio entre vida laboral y personal, principal razón para cambiar de empleo
Randstad fue pionera en analizar las principales razones por las que un profesional elegiría una empresa para desarrollar su carrera profesional. En esta edición, al igual que en anteriores, se destaca que el salario y los beneficios competitivos siguen siendo el factor más valorado, seguidos del equilibrio entre vida laboral y personal, un buen ambiente de trabajo, seguridad laboral y oportunidades de desarrollo.
El equilibrio entre vida laboral y personal es, un año más, la principal razón por la que los trabajadores cambian de empleo. Las empresas deben considerar políticas de flexibilidad horaria y teletrabajo como palancas esenciales para atraer y retener talento. También es fundamental ofrecer un entorno laboral positivo y colaborativo, así como oportunidades reales de desarrollo profesional.
Aunque ha mejorado la percepción de equidad, aún existen desafíos, en especial entre la generación Z, que muestra una mayor sensibilidad hacia estos temas. En este contexto, una cultura organizacional inclusiva, respetuosa y equitativa resulta esencial. Prácticas como el reconocimiento del talento, el apoyo al desarrollo, el cuidado de la salud mental y el fomento del respeto no solo mejoran el clima laboral, sino que fortalecen el compromiso de los empleados.
La muestra del informe que otorga los Randstad Awards acumula dos millones de encuestados
Este año se celebra la decimosexta edición de los Randstad Awards en España, galardones que se conceden en base a encuestas a profesionales en España realizadas por una entidad independiente, con una muestra representativa en cuanto a género, región, edad y educación. El estudio incluye estudiantes y personas con y sin trabajo en edades comprendidas entre los 18 y la edad de jubilación, pero con mayor incidencia del grupo de edad de 25 a 44 años, compuesta por estudiantes y mano de obra en activo y desempleados.
En las 16 ediciones que se lleva publicando el informe Randstad Employer Brand Research, se han realizado más de dos millones de encuestas a trabajadores en todo el mundo, más de 85.000 solo en España.
El estudio, que nació en Bélgica en el año 2000 y en el que participan hoy 34 países donde la compañía está presente, ha encuestado a más de 171.000 personas en el mundo y más de 7.700 en nuestro país, lo que le posiciona como el estudio más representativo a nivel mundial sobre employer branding.
