La gestión del talento se ha convertido en un pilar fundamental para el
éxito organizacional. Hablamos con Manuel Lassús, CEO de Master Talent
Perú, quien además se acaba de unir al equipo de Jointalent en España
como Director de Experiencia al Cliente. En la conversación se habló sobre
la relación entre la experiencia del colaborador y la experiencia del cliente,
así como las estrategias para impulsar el desarrollo del talento en el
entorno actual. Aquí la compartimos.
¿Cuál es el propósito de la alianza entre Jointalent y Master Talent?
“El objetivo detrás de esta alianza estratégica es poder generar sinergias
de la experiencia que tienen ambas consultoras y canalizarla en potenciar
el servicio que brindamos a nuestros clientes. Así, aprovecharemos la
experiencia de Jointalent en Europa y la capacidad de ejecución de Master
Talent en Perú para contribuir no solo a mejora en la gestión del talento,
sino también a un Perú más competitivo y preparado para los retos del
futuro.”
¿Qué relación encuentras entre la experiencia del cliente y la
experiencia del colaborador dentro de una organización?
“Ambas son interdependientes. Un colaborador motivado y satisfecho está
más dispuesto a ofrecer un servicio excepcional tanto al cliente final como
a sus compañeros. Cuando los empleados se sienten comprometidos, su
desempeño mejora, lo que se traduce en una mayor satisfacción del
cliente.”
Esta interrelación subraya la importancia de cuidar la experiencia del
colaborador y así contribuir a maximizar la satisfacción del cliente. Las
empresas que lo entienden no solo ven mejoras en el clima laboral, sino
también en los resultados finales.
¿Cómo las experiencias de desarrollo de talento pueden mejorar la
satisfacción del cliente?
“Las empresas que invierten en el desarrollo del talento ven un impacto
positivo en la satisfacción del cliente. Según un estudio de Gartner, las
organizaciones que enfocan recursos en la capacitación de su personal

logran un 25% más de satisfacción en los clientes. Equipos bien entrenados
y motivados entienden mejor las necesidades del cliente, lo que resulta en
un servicio más proactivo y personalizado, aumentando la lealtad y las
recomendaciones del mismo.”
Así, Manuel evidencia que el desarrollo del talento se convierte en una
inversión estratégica que tiene un impacto importante en el desempeño y
en los resultados del negocio.
¿Cómo pueden los líderes fomentar una cultura organizacional que
fomente la mejora continua de la experiencia al cliente?
«Los líderes deben empezar por enfocarse en la experiencia del
colaborador desde su rol. Crear un ambiente de colaboración y apoyo es
clave; cuando los empleados se sienten parte de un equipo cohesionado,
están más dispuestos a brindar un servicio de calidad. Además, es
fundamental construir un espacio de seguridad psicológica donde los
colaboradores se sientan dispuestos a compartir sus sugerencias, lo que
facilita identificar áreas de mejora que impacten directamente en la
experiencia del cliente.»
Los líderes tienen la responsabilidad de cultivar un espacio donde la
comunicación sea abierta y honesta, lo que no solo fortalece la cohesión
del equipo, sino que también tiene un efecto positivo en el servicio y
experiencia al cliente.
¿Qué estrategia recomendarías a los profesionales de recursos
humanos para mejorar la experiencia interna y externa en sus
organizaciones?
Según lo que Manuel nos cuenta, atender cada eslabón del ciclo de vida
del colaborador es esencial para mantener la motivación y el compromiso
a lo largo del tiempo, asegurando que tanto el colaborador como el cliente
se beneficien de una experiencia enriquecedora.
«Para mejorar la experiencia interna y externa, es fundamental prestar
atención a todo el ciclo de vida del colaborador, asegurando una
experiencia positiva desde el inicio hasta el final. Esto comienza con un
diagnóstico de la experiencia actual, que permite identificar áreas de
mejora y definir hacia dónde desea avanzar la organización. Al asegurarnos
de que nuestros colaboradores se sientan valorados y escuchados en cada
fase, se potencia su compromiso, lo que se traduce en un buen servicio al
cliente.»

¿Cuál es la importancia de la experiencia al cliente en el servicio que
