1.Liderazgo Femenino: ISDIN promueve un entorno donde el talento femenino y masculino pueden desarrollarse plenamente. ¿Cuáles son las claves para impulsar un liderazgo inclusivo y equitativo en una organización global como la vuestra?

En ISDIN, creemos que el liderazgo no tiene género, tiene talento, visión y capacidad de generar impacto. Y cuando hablamos de liderazgo inclusivo, no nos referimos solo a dar oportunidades, sino a asegurarnos de que todas las personas tengan las herramientas, el apoyo y el contexto para aprovecharlas. Hoy, el 60% de nuestra plantilla son mujeres y también el 50% de nuestro Comité de Dirección. No ha sido casualidad, sino el resultado de una cultura que impulsa el talento sin etiquetas. ¿Cómo impulsamos un liderazgo inclusivo en ISDIN? Destacaría tres claves:

1. No basta con abrir la puerta, hay que asegurar que todas las personas puedan cruzarla.Contamos con programas de desarrollo de talento que no solo identifican potencial, sino que trabajan activamente en eliminar sesgos y barreras invisibles. Además, apostamos por el crecimiento interno. Cuando miramos a una posición de liderazgo, no buscamos solo experiencia previa en gestión, sino capacidad, visión y ganas de hacer crecer a los demás.

2. Flexibilidad, porque el talento necesita espacio para crecer.En ISDIN, entendemos que la conciliación no es solo un reto individual, sino una responsabilidad compartida. Por eso ofrecemos modelos de trabajo flexibles para que cada persona pueda equilibrar su vida profesional y personal sin comprometer su desarrollo. Además, estamos convencidos de que el tiempo de calidad no es solo para la familia, sino también tiempo personal. El bienestar es clave para la creatividad, la innovación y el crecimiento.

Para nosotros la diversidad, equidad e inclusión no es importante por de dónde viene, sino por adónde nos puede llevar. No se trata solo de equidad, sino de construir una empresa más fuerte, más creativa y más humana. Porque cuando las oportunidades se abren para todos, el talento deja de tener límites. 2. Gestión del Talento: ISDIN ha experimentado un notable crecimiento internacional en los últimos años. ¿Qué estrategias han implementado para gestionar y desarrollar el talento en una organización en expansión, asegurando el compromiso de los empleados con la cultura de la empresa?

ISDIN ha pasado de ser un laboratorio español a convertirse en un referente global en dermatología y fotoprotección, con presencia en 52 países. Pero no solo crecemos en mercados, crecemos en talento. Las empresas no evolucionan solas, lo hacen cuando evolucionan las personas. Para gestionar y desarrollar talento en este contexto de expansión, apostamos por tres pilares clave: Propósito, Liderazgo y Be your best You.

3. Igualdad y Diversidad: La diversidad y la inclusión son pilares fundamentales en ISDIN. ¿Podría compartir algunas iniciativas específicas que la compañía ha implementado para promover la igualdad de oportunidades y la diversidad dentro de la organización?

En ISDIN, la equidad e inclusión no es solo un compromiso, es una realidad. Durante años hemos trabajado para garantizar la diversidad de género, edad y nacionalidad, hasta el punto de que hoy es un pilar consolidado en nuestra cultura: 60% de mujeres en la plantilla y 50% en el Comité de Dirección, 4 generaciones y más de 30 nacionalidades en nuestra sede corporativa. 

Pero no nos quedamos ahí. El nuevo desafío no es solo quién está en la mesa, sino qué perspectivas aportamos. Por eso, en ISDIN estamos apostando por una diversidad aún más profunda, no creemos en equipos homogéneos, sino en la combinación de perfiles de ciencia, tecnología y arte para revolucionar la experiencia del cuidado de la piel porque como decía Leonardo Da Vinci “El arte es el rey de todas las ciencias a la hora de transmitir conocimiento a todas las generaciones”. Y arte y ciencia se unen gracias a la tecnología. Esta fusión de disciplinas no solo nos permite desarrollar productos, sino cambiar la manera en que las personas se relacionan con su piel.

Un ejemplo perfecto de cómo entendemos la diversidad en ISDIN es nuestro proyecto SEASPORE, donde la ciencia, la tecnología y el arte convergen para crear algo verdaderamente transformador. Las SEASPORE son esculturas diseñadas por el artista Lorenzo Queen para regenerar los ecosistemas marinos. Su objetivo es crear refugios para la vida marina para restaurar la salud y belleza del Mediterráneo. Pero lo que las hace únicas es que no son solo funcionales, son también piezas de arte. No solo innovamos en el cuidado de la piel, sino que también usamos el arte para despertar conciencia y conectar a las personas con la importancia de proteger nuestros mares. Porque cuando combinamos ciencia, arte y tecnología, no solo transformamos la piel, sino el mundo que la rodea.

4. Bienestar Laboral: El bienestar de los empleados es crucial para su rendimiento y satisfacción. ¿Qué programas o políticas ha adoptado ISDIN para fomentar el equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal, y cómo evalúan su efectividad?

En ISDIN entendemos el bienestar como una experiencia, no como un beneficio aislado. No se trata solo de ofrecer iniciativas, sino de crear un entorno donde las personas puedan dar lo mejor de sí mismas y equilibrar su equilibrio personal.

El bienestar es una invitación, no una imposición. Y significa cosas distintas para cada persona: para algunas es tener autonomía, para otras, sentirse desafiadas, reconocidas o saber que su trabajo deja huella. Por eso, en ISDIN no hablamos de un único programa de bienestar, sino de una cultura que lo integra en cada aspecto de la vida profesional donde hay espacio para el bienestar físico, con programas de salud y hábitos sostenibles, bienestar emocional, donde la flexibilidad es un valor, y con un liderazgo basado en la confianza y bienestar profesional dando oportunidades para el desarrollo y crecimiento con nuestro programa BYBY. 

Además de las encuestas sobre el bienestar, creo que el mayor indicador para saber si las personas están a gusto es saber si recomendarían a sus amistades trabajar en ISDIN y este indicador es altísimo. Talento llama a talento, es una frase hecha y se convierte en realidad cuando el talento está a gusto.

5. Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC): ISDIN ha sido reconocida por su compromiso con la responsabilidad social. ¿Qué proyectos de RSC destacaría y cómo contribuyen estos a la comunidad y al medio ambiente?

En ISDIN, nuestra política de RSC no es una estrategia aislada, sino una extensión natural de nuestro propósito: inspirar vidas más sanas, felices y bonitas. Con esta visión, hemos desarrollado iniciativas que impactan en tres áreas clave:

1. Un futuro sin cáncer de piel. Trabajamos para prevenir el cáncer de piel desde tres frentes:

  • Concienciación: Llevamos 30 años educando a más de 7 millones de niños sobre fotoprotección en 12 países. A través de iniciativas como ISDIN Ball Kids, junto a Carlos Alcaraz, inculcamos la importancia de jugar siempre bien protegidos del sol.
  • Cooperación: Colaboramos con África Directo en Mozambique, proporcionando atención médica a personas con albinismo, un colectivo especialmente vulnerable. Ya hemos tratado a más de 1.500 pacientes y realizado más de 400 cirugías.
  • Educación e investigación: Impulsamos la International School of Derma (ISD), una plataforma internacional para avanzar en la evidencia científica sobre la piel.

2. Un planeta más sano. Nuestro compromiso con la sostenibilidad se refleja en cuatro pilares:

  • Reducir nuestra huella: Nos adherimos al Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) y hemos obtenido la calificación A, un reconocimiento que solo alcanza el 1,6% de las empresas auditadas.
  • Colaboración con proveedores: Trabajamos con nuestra cadena de valor para medir y reducir la huella de carbono.
  • Compensación de impacto: En 2023 recogimos 65.000 kg de plástico del océano con Gravity Wave, y en 2024, 200.000 kg.
  • Transcender: Creamos la Bluewave Alliance, una plataforma sin ánimo de lucro para restaurar la salud y belleza del Mediterráneo.

3. Una sociedad más feliz. El bienestar empieza por cómo nos hablamos y nos cuidamos. Con el movimiento Love Your Skin, buscamos cambiar el juicio por el cuidado, promoviendo una relación más amable con nuestra piel y con nosotros mismos. Además, donamos el 1% de nuestras ventas a proyectos que ayudan a personas en riesgo de exclusión social .

Nuestra visión de RSC nos llevó a ser el primer laboratorio en obtener la certificación B Corp, un reflejo de nuestro compromiso real con la piel, las personas y el planeta. Porque en ISDIN a la ciencia le sumamos conciencia.

6. Retos Actuales: En el contexto actual de constantes cambios y desafíos globales, ¿cuáles son los principales retos que enfrenta ISDIN en términos de gestión de personas, y cómo planean abordarlos?

En un contexto de cambio constante, donde la competencia por el talento es más intensa que nunca, el gran desafío de ISDIN no es solo atraer a los mejores, sino hacer que quieran quedarse, crecer y evolucionar con nosotros, es decir: enamorarles.

El mundo del trabajo ha cambiado: las expectativas son diferentes y el talento busca mucho más que un buen salario o una trayectoria predefinida. Quiere propósito, desarrollo y bienestar real. ¿Cómo abordamos este reto en ISDIN? Apostando por tres grandes palancas:

De la estabilidad a la agilidad.  El talento ya no busca seguridad en una empresa, sino crecimiento. Queremos que ISDIN sea un lugar donde cada persona pueda reinventarse sin irse. Por eso impulsamos la formación continua (BYBY), el liderazgo sin jerarquías (The Wheel) y oportunidades de movilidad interna.

Un liderazgo más humano y menos predecible. El management tradicional está en crisis. Hoy, los equipos no quieren ser dirigidos, quieren ser inspirados. En ISDIN apostamos por líderes que cuidan, retan y empoderan. Líderes que escuchan más de lo que hablan.

Cultura que atrae, no que retiene. El mejor talento no se «retiene», se enamora. Y la mejor estrategia de talento no está en los procesos de selección, sino en la experiencia diaria. Si las personas sienten que crecen, que su trabajo tiene impacto y que su bienestar importa, se quedan.

El verdadero reto no es gestionar personas, es inspirarlas. En ISDIN, no queremos ser la mejor empresa del mundo, sino la mejor empresa para el mundo y para quienes la hacen posible.

7. Cultura y Resultados: La cultura de una empresa es clave para alcanzar sus objetivos estratégicos. Desde su experiencia, ¿cómo se crea y fortalece una cultura organizacional que impulse el éxito y la consecución de resultados en una empresa como ISDIN?

La cultura de una empresa no es un eslogan ni un manual de buenas prácticas. Es un conjunto de creencias compartidas, es lo que hacemos cuando nadie nos está mirando, es cómo tomamos decisiones y cómo respondemos a los desafíos. En ISDIN, nuestra cultura no solo apoya la estrategia, es la estrategia. Para nosotros, la clave no está en imponer valores, sino en vivirlos. Y esto empieza con una pregunta: ¿Cómo queremos hacer las cosas?

Queremos trabajar con propósito.No vendemos cremas, creamos hábitos. No buscamos solo resultados, buscamos impacto. Desde nuestro territorio de marca, Toda piel merece ser amada, hasta nuestra visión de liderazgo, todo lo que hacemos nace de una convicción: cuidar transforma. Y cuando las personas creen en lo que hacen, los resultados llegan.

Queremos construir un liderazgo que inspira. En ISDIN, no creemos en líderes que dan órdenes, sino en líderes que abren caminos. De ahí la creación de The Wheel, nuestro propio modelo de liderazgo.
