Los directores de Recursos Humanos apuestan por un cambio de mentalidad para afrontar desafíos como la IA.

La Asociación Española de Directores de Recursos Humanos (AEDRH) ha celebrado su decimotercera Asamblea General, la cita anual que reúne a los directivos del sector y a diversas personalidades del ámbito empresarial y social. Durante el encuentro, los asistentes reflexionaron sobre la transformación constante del sector y los retos en materia de talento y cuidado de las personas.

La jornada inició con las palabras de bienvenida de Jorge Calviño Pérez, Chief HR Officer en ALLFUNDS BANK, y Áurea Benito Liñán, Corporate HR Director en ISDIN, ambos vicepresidentes de AEDRH. Agradecieron la presencia de los asistentes y enviaron un saludo a todos los asociados que no pudieron asistir. También reconocieron el trabajo de la Junta Directiva, los miembros del Consejo y los patrocinadores y colaboradores de la asociación.

Posteriormente, Cristina Saura Terrer, Directora de RR.HH. en WALKI PLASBEL; Charo García González, Directora Corporativa de Personas en GRUPO SANTALUCÍA; y Miguel Charneco Garrido, Chief HR Officer, todos ellos miembros de la Junta Directiva y líderes de comunidades de conocimiento AEDRH, expusieron las acciones realizadas en 2024 y los proyectos en marcha para 2025. Además, se presentó la evolución de la comunidad de Experiencia del Asociado, que ya cuenta con cerca de 70 integrantes. Jorge Calviño Pérez, Antonio Sánchez Díaz, Director General de Planificación de RR.HH. en el Ayuntamiento de Madrid, y Diego García de Vinuesa, People Senior Director en Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, miembros de la junta directiva y lideres de la comunidad de experiencia del Asociado, hablaron sobre la operativa de esta comunidad y detallaron los servicios y beneficios de AEDRH que están publicados en la pagina WEB, incluyendo el “Journey del Asociado” y el acompañamiento a los asociados en transición.

Crecimiento territorial de la AEDRH

La AEDRH, que ya cuenta con más de 1.300 directores de recursos humanos entre sus asociados, ampliará su presencia territorial en 2025 con el objetivo de fomentar el intercambio y la divulgación de conocimientos en gestión de personas. La asociación ha consolidado las seis comunidades del conocimiento creadas el año pasado: Jurídico-Laboral; Salud y Bienestar; Innovación; Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión; Talento y Liderazgo; y Experiencia del Asociado. Estas comunidades proporcionan herramientas clave para que los profesionales de RR.HH. puedan afrontar los retos y cambios del entorno laboral.

Resultados del Estudio de Retribución de Directores de RR.HH.

El estudio realizado por la AEDRH y EY, en colaboración con Wellkomp, reveló que los directores de RR.HH. cobran un 15% menos que otros directivos del Comité Ejecutivo. Por sectores, los mejor remunerados son Consumo y Financiero, mientras que los de Servicios Profesionales reciben los salarios más bajos.

El análisis también indicó que los directivos de RR.HH. en empresas cotizadas ganan un 34% más y que la experiencia es un factor determinante: aquellos con más de 25 años en el sector perciben un 33% más de salario. Entre los aspectos más valorados por estos profesionales destacan la mentalidad abierta, la comunicación transparente y las oportunidades de desarrollo. Jaime Sol, Socio de People Advisory Services Tax en EY España, subrayó que la “compensación emocional pesa tanto como la monetaria”. En contraste, los aspectos menos apreciados son la cultura de autocrítica, el exceso de burocracia, el nepotismo y la falta de transparencia. También se evidenciaron diferencias de género: las mujeres valoran más la mentalidad abierta y el multiculturalismo, mientras que los hombres priorizan la orientación a las personas.

Ponencia: “Cuidar el talento, liderar el cambio”

La ponencia principal de la jornada fue presentada por Itxaso Larrañaga, Directora de Personas y Sostenibilidad en SEUR y miembro de la Junta Directiva, quien dio paso a Pilar Jericó, presidenta de BeUp, conferenciante, escritora y miembro del Consejo Asesor de AEDRH, Pilar abordó el impacto de la tecnología en la configuración del talento y la importancia de cambiar la mentalidad para comprender y afrontar los desafíos actuales.

En este marco, también se reflexionó sobre la necesidad de “cuidar al cuidador”. Jesús Torres, presidente de AEDRH, compartió su testimonio personal en conversación con Sonia Jadraque, socia fundadora de IM-Paciente. Ambos destacaron la importancia de “acompañar y apoyar a nuestras personas, ya que son fundamentales para las organizaciones”.

Manuel Bretón, presidente de Cáritas España, recibió el Premio AEDRH por su liderazgo en la gestión de equipos humanos. “La clave está en poner a la persona en el centro. En Cáritas creemos que cada individuo, independientemente de su situación, tiene una dignidad inalienable y merece un trato justo y humano. En este sentido, compartimos con la AEDRH una misma vocación: cuidar a las personas”, afirmó Bretón.

La entrega del premio estuvo a cargo de José Avilés Muñoz, Director de Personas en RHENUS WAREHOUSING SOLUTIONS, y Paul Tran, Director Corporativo de Personas en CORPORACIÓN HIJOS DE RIVERA, ambos miembros de la Junta Directiva. Resaltaron la labor de Manuel Bretón y las razones por las cuales la AEDRH decidió otorgarle este reconocimiento, convirtiéndolo en Asociado de Honor.

Sorteo solidario a favor de Cáritas

Para cerrar la jornada, se celebró un acto solidario a favor de Cáritas mediante un sorteo benéfico. Gracias a la colaboración de patrocinadores y empresas, se donaron diversos “regalos solidarios” que fueron sorteados entre los asistentes. Joaquín Bau Fernández, Director Corporativo de RR.HH. en BMW GROUP ESPAÑA Y PORTUGAL y Tesorero AEDRH, fue el encargado de entregar el cheque con la cantidad recaudada para Cáritas.
