Como apasionado de la función de personas, llevo tiempo analizando los datos más recientes sobre el panorama laboral español, y las cifras revelan una paradoja preocupante sobre la que me gustaría dar la voz de alerta. 

Los datos que no podemos ignorar:

– 120.000 plazas tecnológicas están sin cubrir en España ahora mismo (equivale a la población de ciudades como Cádiz o León)

– El 78% de las empresas del sector informático no encuentra los profesionales cualificados que necesita

– Las ofertas de empleo en IA han crecido un 454% en los últimos cinco años

– Se necesitarán 1,4 millones de profesionales digitales solo en esta década

– El 75% de las empresas reporta dificultades para encontrar personal cualificado

La paradoja del desempleo español:

Mientras existe una crisis de talento sin precedentes, la tasa de paro se mantiene en el 10,61%, con cifras especialmente dramáticas:

– Paro juvenil: 24%- el más alto de la UE (solo el 24% de jóvenes de 15-24 años tiene empleo)

– Mayores de 45 años: alta dificultad de reinserción laboral

– Sobre cualificación los jóvenes no encuentran empleos acordes a su formación
