LOS VII PREMIOS DE BUENAS PRÁCTICAS EN GESTIÓN

  • Se han concedido seis galardones diferenciados por categorías: UNIE, por Universidad; Colegio Joyfe, por Educación; ILUNION Contact Center, por Gran Organización; AMICA, por Pyme; y doble premio ex aequo en la categoría de Sanidad para los Hospitales Gregorio Marañón y Lozano Blesa.
  • También se ha reconocido a los otros 9 proyectos finalistas, seleccionados tras una rigurosa evaluación del comité técnico, de entre las 78 buenas prácticas que presentaron candidatura.
  • El encuentro ha servido para poner de manifiesto la importancia del conocimiento para la transformación de la gestión, algo siempre presente en el Club Excelencia en Gestión. Y también para destacar el valor de la autenticidad en conseguir la excelencia.

Madrid, 21 de noviembre de 2024.- El Club Excelencia en Gestión ha entregado sus VII Premios a las Buenas Prácticas en Gestión durante el acto de entrega que ha tenido lugar en el Pabellón de los Jardines de Cecilio Rodríguez del Parque del Buen Retiro de Madrid. En total han sido seis los proyectos galardonados:

  • Sanidad: Doble premio ex aequo para el Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón, con la práctica Área de recuperación cardíaca, modelo innovador de cuidados sostenibles de calidad; y el servicio de Ginecología del Hospital Clínico Universitario Lozano Blesa, con la práctica Implementación de consulta de histeroscopias operatorias ambulatorias.
  • Universidad: UNIE Universidad, con la práctica Transformando Vidas, Construyendo Futuro: la inclusión real de UNIE.
  • Educación: Colegio Joyfe, con la práctica Profesionalización de un departamento de admisiones para la mejora de los resultados de captación y conversión.
  • Gran Organización: ILUNION Contact Center, con la práctica RAÍCES, creando empresa cerca de ti.
  • Pyme: AMICA, con la práctica Calcular el valor social integrado generado en los grupos de interés de Amica a través de la contabilidad social.

Junto a ellos también ha sido reconocido el trabajo de otras nueve organizaciones, seleccionadas como finalistas. Han sido las siguientes:

  • Sanidad: Servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, con la práctica Implementación clínica de una técnica quirúrgica pionera en cáncer de recto: pasos clave.
  • Universidad: Universidad de Murcia, con la práctica La desconexión digital es un derecho. La desconexión digital es salud; y Universidad Europea de Madrid, con la práctica Bridging Data.
  • Educación: Salesianos Pamplona, con la práctica Sistematización de hábitos de éxito para la organización excelente, innovadora y sostenible; y el proyecto conjunto entre Colegio Salliver y Grupo Sorolla Educación, con la práctica Alianzas para alcanzar resultados sobresalientes: Volar en confianza.
  • Gran Organización: Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta (CAPSA FOOD), con la práctica CAPSA FOOD – Producción Circular; e Inserta Empleo, de Fundación ONCE, con la práctica Mujeres en modo ONVG (lucha contra la violencia de género de las mujeres con discapacidad).
  • Pyme: Parc d’atraccions Tibidabo, con la práctica ETS UN SOL, reconocimiento al trabajo del personal trabajador del Tibidabo; y Asociación de Personas con Discapacidad Intelectual de las Palmas (APROSU), con la práctica Transformando la cultura organizacional con un modelo de Co-liderazgo 360º.

“Con estos premios queremos reconocer y dar visibilidad a proyectos innovadores que, a través del conocimiento compartido, pueden inspirar y ser replicados por otras organizaciones. Para ello, las 78 buenas prácticas que han presentado candidatura serán compartidas en la Plataforma de Conocimiento del Club Excelencia en Gestión en las próximas semanas, y se sumarán a las 440 que ya están disponibles, para seguir colaborando en la transformación de las organizaciones buscando resultados sostenibles”, explica Ignacio Babé, director general y CEO del Club Excelencia en Gestión.

Todas las buenas prácticas han sido sometidas a una evaluación exhaustiva por parte de un Comité Técnico conformado por evaluadores expertos en gestión. Posteriormente, el jurado institucional multisectorial, tras diversos análisis y revisiones, ha determinado cuáles son los seis ganadores.

Conocimiento compartido

Estos reconocimientos se han entregado en la gala de los Premios Anuales de Gestión 2024 organizados por el Club Excelencia en Gestión, bajo el lema ‘El valor transformador del conocimiento’. En ella se han congregado 120 representantes de 65 organizaciones, de las cuales un 80% son pymes y un 20% grandes entidades, vinculadas a los sectores educativo, sociosanitario, transporte, infraestructuras, banca, industria, construcción, tercer sector y administraciones públicas.

El evento ha servido además para plantear una charla inspiracional, a cargo de Charo Rey Zabalza, experta en sostenibilidad y conocimiento, y una mesa redonda con líderes empresariales de Santander España, ONCE y Barcelona de Serveis Municipals (B:SM) en las que se han abordado temáticas como la importancia del conocimiento compartido y el potencial que tienen las organizaciones que buscan la excelencia en su gestión.

“El conocimiento compartido es crecer, le aporta a la organización tangibles como ahorros de costes, incrementos en la calidad, capacidad de reacción, entre otros. Pero más importantes son los intangibles que crea: una evolución positiva en la empresa, una cultura de confianza entre los equipos de trabajo, etc. Por eso es importante que el conocimiento fluya entre todos los miembros de una organización”, explicó Rey Zabalza durante su ponencia.

En cuanto a la mesa de debate, ha contado con la presencia de Rosa Ortiz, directora de Parque de Atracciones Tibidabo (B:SM), Alicia Muñoz, vicesecretaria del Consejo y directora de Gobierno, Regulación y Asesoría Jurídica de Santander España, y Ángel Sánchez, director general de ONCE.

Los tres han coincidido en la importancia de cuidar a todos sus grupos de interés para ser excelentes, especialmente a las personas que conforman sus equipos de trabajo, a los que hay que escuchar atentamente ya que aportan ideas innovadoras, necesarias para la transformación constante de las organizaciones, y ayudan a impulsar una imagen de marca de confianza de cara a la sociedad.

La celebración de este evento ha sido posible gracias al apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, ArcelorMittal, Hermanas Hospitalarias y HLA Moncloa, y a la colaboración de la Fundación Scio.

What I would like to make contributions about is that laptop memory is required to be purchased if the computer still cannot cope with everything you do along with it. One can set up two RAM boards of 1GB each, in particular, but not one of 1GB and one with 2GB.
