Perspectiva: Recursos Humanos, una Comunidad en construcción

Durante demasiado tiempo, los profesionales de Recursos Humanos han trabajado en silencio. Solos. Aislados en sus propias batallas, diseñando estrategias, apagando fuegos, escuchando a todos… pero sin ser realmente escuchados. Sin tener con quién compartir lo más valioso: las dudas, los errores, los aprendizajes reales.

Es curioso. En un mundo donde hablamos de colaboración, seguimos pensando que crecer es competir. Que si una empresa descubre una buena práctica, debe guardarla como ventaja secreta. Que si una iniciativa falla, mejor no contarla. Que si un programa no funciona, hay que cambiar el nombre antes que admitir el error.

Pero la verdad es otra: cuando los profesionales de RRHH se encuentran, se reconocen. No por el cargo. No por los indicadores. Se reconocen por las cicatrices. Por las historias que no salen en los casos de éxito. Por los intentos fallidos de transformar una cultura. Por las reuniones en las que se dio voz a alguien que nunca la tuvo. Por las decisiones valientes que nadie aplaudió.

Por eso necesitamos construir comunidad. Una comunidad que no sea una foto de grupo en LinkedIn, sino un espacio real de conversación, de intercambio, de crecimiento compartido. Una comunidad donde se pueda decir: “Yo también pasé por eso”, sin vergüenza. Donde compartir un error no sea una debilidad, sino una contribución. Porque cada vez que un profesional de RRHH comparte su experiencia con honestidad, está regalando tiempo, visión y aprendizaje a otro.

Y cuando eso ocurre, ganamos todos. Gana la empresa, que se nutre del conocimiento colectivo. Gana el equipo, que se beneficia de líderes más sabios. Y gana el propio profesional, que deja de sentirse solo y empieza a sentirse parte de algo más grande.

Los departamentos de Recursos Humanos no cambiarán el mundo si trabajan solos. Pero pueden cambiar sus empresas si construyen puentes entre ellos. Si dejan de pensar que compartir es perder. Si entienden que la inteligencia colectiva no es un eslogan: es una estrategia.

Hemos hablado mucho de employee experience, de wellbeing, de cultura. Pero nada de eso será sostenible si quienes cuidan a los demás no se sienten cuidados. Si quienes forman líderes no se sienten acompañados. Si quienes impulsan el cambio no tienen espacios donde detenerse y aprender junto a otros.

Crear comunidad en Recursos Humanos no es un lujo. Es una necesidad estratégica. Porque ninguna transformación será completa si quienes la lideran no se transforman también.

Y para eso, hay que hablar. Hay que compartir. Hay que escucharse más entre iguales.
Solo así dejaremos de ser departamentos.
Y empezaremos a ser comunidad.
