En 2025, decenas de directivos y directivas han abierto un hueco en agendas imposibles para compartir su visión sobre cómo están transformando sus organizaciones, en un contexto donde la atracción, el compromiso y el liderazgo con propósito marcan la agenda empresarial.​
Cada entrevista ha sido mucho más que un contenido: ha sido un acto de generosidad, de transparencia y de compromiso con una comunidad que quiere aprender de referentes reales, no de manual.​
