Nombramiento: Amrop España incorpora a Borja Vara como director de negocio del área de Tecnología.

Durante los últimos 15 años ha desarrollado su carrera en posiciones ejecutivas, principalmente en el ámbito de la Dirección General y Comercial en empresas multinacionales de tecnología, internet y Fintech, centrándose ahora en el entorno del executive Search en el que ya cuenta con experiencia.

Amrop España, firma líder mundial en búsqueda de ejecutivos y consultoría de liderazgo, incorpora a Borja Vara como director de negocio del área de Tecnología. Cuenta con 25 años de experiencia, principalmente en el ámbito de la Dirección General y Comercial en empresas multinacionales de tecnología e internet, entre las que destacan Hewlett Packard o LinkedIn, sin olvidar su etapa liderando startups y scale-ups internacionales del sector fintech, como Wagestream o Money Jar.

Graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por la Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, y máster EMBA por la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ha liderado diferentes equipos de personas enfocados a consolidar y mejorar relaciones comerciales. En este sentido, Vara apuesta por el aprendizaje continuo e inspirador, y por dar especial relevancia al componente humano. Todo ello para desarrollar equipos de trabajo mucho más unidos, fuertes y comprometidos.
