Durante los últimos 15 años ha desarrollado su carrera en posiciones ejecutivas, principalmente en el ámbito de la Dirección General y Comercial en empresas multinacionales de tecnología, internet y Fintech, centrándose ahora en el entorno del executive Search en el que ya cuenta con experiencia.

Amrop España, firma líder mundial en búsqueda de ejecutivos y consultoría de liderazgo, incorpora a Borja Vara como director de negocio del área de Tecnología. Cuenta con 25 años de experiencia, principalmente en el ámbito de la Dirección General y Comercial en empresas multinacionales de tecnología e internet, entre las que destacan Hewlett Packard o LinkedIn, sin olvidar su etapa liderando startups y scale-ups internacionales del sector fintech, como Wagestream o Money Jar.
