Laurent Martinez, nombrado Presidente no ejecutivo de MasOrange.

Madrid, 16 de mayo de 2025.- Laurent Martinez, actual Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de Finanzas y
Desarrollo del Grupo Orange, ha sido nombrado Presidente no ejecutivo del Consejo de
Administración de MasOrange, líder del mercado español por número de clientes, en sustitución
de Jean-François Fallacher, al que el Consejo ha agradecido su extraordinaria dedicación y los
servicios prestados durante su presidencia.
Laurent Martinez pasa, además, a formar parte de la Comisión de Remuneraciones (también
en sustitución de Jean-François Fallacher) y deja sus funciones como miembro y Presidente de
la Comisión de Auditoría de MasOrange. La nueva Presidenta de la Comisión de Auditoría será
Mari-Noëlle Jégo-Laveissière (actual CEO de Orange Europa), que ya era miembro de dicha
Comisión.

Graduado en Ingeniería Electrónica y Telecomunicaciones y Máster en Finanzas y Contabilidad,
Laurent Martinez asumió la Vicepresidencia Ejecutiva de Finanzas y Desarrollo del Grupo Orange
en septiembre de 2023.
Martinez inició su carrera profesional en 1996 en Astrium, la filial de defensa y espacio de Airbus,
donde ocupó varios puestos de gestión en control financiero antes de asumir la Dirección de
Finanzas en 2004. Posteriormente, en 2009, fue nombrado Director de Control, Rendimiento y
Contabilidad del grupo Airbus, y en 2015, Director General de la Unidad de Negocios de Servicios
de dicha compañía.
En julio de 2018, Laurent Martinez fue nombrado Director Financiero de Alstom y miembro de su
Comité Ejecutivo. Durante este período, desempeñó un papel clave en la transformación de
Alstom, en particular a través de la adquisición de Bombardier Transportation en febrero de 2021,
dando lugar al líder mundial en el sector ferroviario.
Matthieu Bouchery, nuevo miembro del Consejo de MasOrange
Por otra parte, Matthieu Bouchery se incorpora al Consejo de MasOrange a propuesta de
Orange, y entra también a formar parte de la Comisión de Auditoría de la Compañía.
Graduado en Ingeniería por la Télécom ParisTech y MBA por ESSEC, Matthieu Bouchery es el
actual Director de Financiación y Tesorería del Grupo Orange, desde su nombramiento en
septiembre de 2019.
Cuenta con una dilatada carrera en el Grupo, al que se unió en 2003 para ocupar distintas
posiciones en el departamento de Finanzas, en las áreas de Tesorería, Fusiones y Adquisiciones,
y como Jefe de Gabinete del Director Financiero.
Bouchery lideró asimismo, el desarrollo internacional de grandes clientes en Orange Business
(desde 2017 hasta 2019) y es miembro del Consejo de Administración de Orange Bélgica.
