La Fundación Adecco obtiene el distintivo «Igualdad en la Empresa» del Instituto de las Mujeres.
Madrid, 3 de octubre de 2025.- El Instituto de las Mujeres ha concedido a la Fundación Adecco el distintivo “Igualdad en la Empresa”, un reconocimiento que pone en valor el compromiso y la trayectoria de la entidad en la promoción de la igualdad de oportunidades y trato entre mujeres y hombres en el ámbito laboral.
Gracias a este distintivo, la Fundación Adecco pasa a formar parte de la Red DIE (Red de Empresas con Distintivo de Igualdad en la Empresa), una iniciativa que busca fomentar la colaboración entre las organizaciones que la conforman, facilitando el intercambio de buenas prácticas, experiencias y herramientas que impulsen la igualdad efectiva en el entorno corporativo.
Red DIE: la marca de excelencia en igualdad
El distintivo “Igualdad en la Empresa” o DIE es una marca de excelencia que reconoce a las empresas y otras entidades que destacan en el desarrollo de políticas de Igualdad entre mujeres y hombres en el ámbito laboral, mediante la implementación de planes y medidas de igualdad.
La Red DIE se dinamiza mediante diferentes actividades, tanto presenciales como virtuales, entre las que se incluyen jornadas técnicas, espacios colaborativos como la eRoom “Igualdad en la Empresa” y grupos de trabajo donde las organizaciones pueden seguir aprendiendo e innovando en materia de igualdad.
En esta edición han sido reconocidas 40 entidades, elevando a 197 el número total de organizaciones que, desde 2010, han obtenido este distintivo por su excelencia en la implementación de medidas, planes y políticas de igualdad.
Según Francisco Mesonero, director general de la Fundación Adecco: “El distintivo ‘Igualdad en la Empresa’ es un reconocimiento a nuestro compromiso y a la labor constante que desarrollamos para garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades en el ámbito laboral. Este logro refuerza nuestro papel como entidad de referencia en inclusión sociolaboral y nos impulsa a seguir avanzando con rigor, responsabilidad y visión de futuro. Queremos agradecer al Ministerio de Igualdad, a través del Instituto de las Mujeres, este reconocimiento, así como a todas las personas y equipos que, con su esfuerzo y compromiso diario, hacen posible que este modelo de igualdad sea una realidad”.
