A pocos días de que termine 2025, es un buen momento para detenerse y reflexionar sobre uno de los grandes retos del mercado laboral: la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad. Pese a los avances registrados en los últimos años, la realidad sigue evidenciando obstáculos estructurales: una baja participación en el empleo (con una tasa de actividad del 35,5%, es decir, el 64,5% de las personas con discapacidad en edad laboral no tiene trabajo ni lo busca) y una escasa penetración en la empresa ordinaria (la mayoría de los contratos para personas con discapacidad, un 70%, se suscriben en Centros Especiales de Empleo).
En este contexto, y con el objetivo de identificar las barreras que siguen frenando el avance, la Fundación Adecco presenta la campaña de sensibilización “Dale la vuelta a la inclusión”, articulada en torno a un calendario 2026 que, mes a mes, pone nombre a 12 “enemigos de la inclusión” y propone claves para afrontarlos desde la empatía, la información, la confianza y la colaboración.
Esta iniciativa de sensibilización, cuyo propósito es activar una respuesta colectiva, está protagonizada por candidatos y candidatas reales de la Fundación Adecco que han acudido a la entidad en busca de empleo, junto a personas referentes del ámbito de la discapacidad y profesionales de la propia Fundación. En concreto, Carlos T., Carlos B., Jorge, Manuel y Patricia (personas beneficiarias de programas de empleo de la Fundación Adecco)están acompañados por cinco profesionales de la entidad: Judit, Abel, Isabel, Manuela y Lidia, y por tres personas referentes en el ámbito de la discapacidad, todos ellos embajadores de la Fundación Adecco: Avi Mashiah, coach con una discapacidad física reconocida del 65%; Caterina Moretti, ‘influencer’ con síndrome de Down, y Desirée Vila, atleta paralímpica.
“Este calendario es mucho más que un almanaque o una agenda: es un pretexto para mantener viva la conversación sobre la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad, que no se logra con gestos puntuales, sino con decisiones y actitudes que se construyen cada día. Mes a mes, cada uno de los protagonistas del calendario pone el foco en un enemigo de la inclusión. Indiferencia, sobreprotección, injusticia, miedo, prejuicios, desconocimiento, invisibilidad, exclusión digital, falta de representación, sesgos inconscientes, falta de accesibilidad y discriminación.
