Rafael Gómez llega a Grupo Rovensa con más de 25 años de experiencia en la gestión internacional de recursos humanos y desarrollo organizacional en diversos sectores. Su papel abarca liderar los equipos de Recursos Humanos del Grupo Rovensa para crear un entorno de trabajo dinámico y de apoyo en todo el mundo.

Madrid, 16 de enero de 2025 – Grupo Rovensa, líder mundial en soluciones agrícolas para la agricultura sostenible, ha nombrado a Rafael Gómez director de Recursos Humanos (CHRO). Rafael Gómez cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en gestión internacional de recursos humanos y desarrollo organizacional en diversos sectores. Tiene una trayectoria comprobada en la definición de estrategias confiables, liderazgo de equipos de recursos humanos multiculturales, impulso del compromiso de los empleados e implementación de iniciativas centradas en las personas que promueven el crecimiento y una cultura positiva en el lugar de trabajo. A partir de ahora, Rafael liderará los equipos de RRHH del Grupo Rovensa para crear un entorno de trabajo dinámico y de apoyo. Rafael tiene una sólida experiencia en convertir la visión estratégica en planes de acción, para mejorar la satisfacción de los empleados y el rendimiento organizacional. Ha dedicado la mitad de su carrera a servicios profesionales y consultoría en Adecco y Deloitte, centrándose en la eficacia de la fuerza de ventas y los programas de integración posteriores a la fusión desde una perspectiva de capital humano.

La otra mitad la ha pasado en puestos de liderazgo en el sector de la agroindustria, especialmente como Director de Recursos Humanos para Iberia en Syngenta, donde integró múltiples entidades legales y fuerzas de ventas. En el área de tecnología, se desempeñó como Director Global de Personas y Cultura en Accelya, contribuyendo a la integración de siete empresas en veinticinco países. Rafael es licenciado en Derecho y Empresariales, Global EMBA por ESADE y Máster en Organización y Dirección de Recursos Humanos.
