Madrid – Generali se consolida un año más como la mejor empresa del sector seguros para trabajar, y la sexta mejor valorada en España en 2024, según el ranking anual que realiza Actualidad Económica (Unidad Editorial). Generali se sitúa en la sexta posición de la lista, reflejando su sólido desempeño en los cinco pilares evaluados: gestión del talento, política de retribución y compensación, ambiente, estrategias de RSC y formación.Estos logros subrayan el compromiso de Generali con su plan de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión, estableciendo un marco de trabajo responsable. Entre otras iniciativas, Generali ha lanzado este año el Proyecto Generali CONTIGO 365, una iniciativa que busca potenciar la marca empleadora, visibilizando su propuesta de valor al talento interno y externo, y mejorando continuamente la experiencia y bienestar del empleado.
