El CEU y The Adecco Group se alían para impulsar el talento y la empleabilidad de los jóvenes

La Universidad CEU San Pablo y The Adecco Group han firmado un acuerdo para la creación de la Cátedra CEU-The Adecco Group, un espacio para fomentar la empleabilidad y generar conocimiento en torno al mercado de trabajo

La Universidad CEU San Pablo (CEU USP) y The Adecco Group han unido fuerzas para crear la Cátedra CEU-The Adecco Group, una alianza estratégica cuyo objetivo es acercar el mundo académico al empresarial y reducir el desajuste entre las competencias que demanda el mercado laboral y la formación de los estudiantes universitarios.


La iniciativa nace con una clara vocación de servicio: impulsar el desarrollo del talento
joven, fomentar la empleabilidad de calidad y generar conocimiento en torno a las
competencias. Bajo la dirección de Ángel Bartolomé y Sonia Martín, y con el respaldo de
un equipo multidisciplinar de docentes e investigadores, la Cátedra se posiciona como un
espacio de referencia en el estudio y la transferencia de conocimientos en materia de
empleo y recursos humanos.


La Cátedra CEU-The Adecco Group contempla un plan ambicioso de actividades que
incluyen publicaciones científicas, jornadas de divulgación y formación en competencias
transversales, así como el objetivo de facilitar encuentros con empresas líderes,
promover becas de investigación y desarrollar herramientas para la empleabilidad.
Esta iniciativa nace en un contexto marcado por la evolución constante del entorno laboral.


Según datos del Foro Económico Mundial, el 39% de las competencias clave cambiarán
antes de 2030, lo que hace urgente una actualización curricular orientada a formar
profesionales capaces de adaptarse a escenarios complejos, volátiles e interconectados.
La misión de esta cátedra será promover una reducción gradual de este gap, acercando
las instituciones educativas al entorno laboral mediante una formación competencial con
una visión práctica y orientada a la realidad del mercado laboral. Un nuevo paso hacia una
universidad más conectada con la realidad del mundo profesional y al servicio de una
juventud con talento y futuro.

Para  Iker Barricat, presidente de The Adecco Group España , esta alianza “ representa un compromiso firme con el futuro de los jóvenes. Como empresa líder en el mercado de los recursos humanos, sentimos la responsabilidad de contribuir a resolver los retos del mercado laboral español, especialmente el desempleo juvenil. Cada año ayudamos a más de 35.000 jóvenes a encontrar empleo, y esta colaboración con la Universidad CEU San Pablo nos permitirá seguir acercando el mundo del empleo a los jóvenes, dotándolos de herramientas y competencias necesarias para su inserción laboral ”.

Por su parte,  la rectora de la CEU USP, Rosa Visiedo , señala que el objetivo de la institución es » ayudar a los estudiantes a encontrar empleos de calidad, pero también a que aporten valor a las empresas desde el primer momento ”. En este sentido, apunta:  “Esta cátedra es un paso más en el compromiso con nuestros alumnos, que nos permitirá estar al día de las necesidades reales del ámbito profesional y aportarles nuevas competencias que favorezcan su inserción laboral, con un empleo de calidad”.

Por último,  Encarna Maroño, directora de Personas y Cultura de The Adecco Group , cree que “ esta cátedra es una oportunidad única para conectar el talento joven con las necesidades reales del mercado laboral. En The Adecco Group creemos firmemente en la importancia de desarrollar competencias tanto técnicas como transversales que permitan a los jóvenes adaptarse a un entorno laboral en constante cambio. Esta alianza nos permitirá trabajar de la mano con la Universidad CEU San Pablo para crear programas formativos innovadores y relevantes que preparen a los estudiantes para los desafíos del futuro ”
