Condis, cadena líder en supermercados de proximidad en Cataluña, ha dado un nuevo paso en su estrategia de sostenibilidad con la incorporación de nuevos cuadriciclos eléctricos de asistencia al pedaleo VOK XL powered by Zoomo a su flota de reparto a domicilio.
Esta iniciativa forma parte del compromiso de la compañía con el medioambiente. La incorporación de estos nuevos vehículos, contribuye a reducir la huella de carbono, mejorar la eficiencia en la última milla y avanzar hacia un modelo de movilidad más limpio y sostenible en las ciudades.
Tras un exitoso piloto realizado con Zoomo en 2024 en entornos reales de reparto urbano, la compañía ha incorporado dos cuadriciclos eléctricos (o también conocidos como cargo bikes) a su flota para realizar repartos más rápidos y eficientes sin emitir emisiones contaminantes. Gracias a sus características, la prueba piloto con los VOK XL superó todas las expectativas operativas de Condis, demostrando que estos vehículos son cómodos, fiables y altamente adaptables a la ciudad.
Actualmente, operan en tiendas urbanas situadas en zonas de alta densidad, como el barrio de Gràcia, prestando servicio desde los establecimientos de Torrent de l’olla y Badal. Este último, también da soporte a los envíos de la tienda de Carrilet, cubriendo así la zona de l’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Las rutas incluyen áreas estratégicas como Travessera de Gràcia, Gran de Gràcia, Plaça Espanya o Bellvitge, todas ellas conrestricciones al tráfico donde el uso de vehículos ligeros y sostenibles permite una distribución más eficiente.
Una solución técnica pensada para las grandes ciudades
Los cuadriciclos eléctricos de asistencia al pedaleo VOK XL destacan por su capacidad de carga de hasta 2.000 litros y 200 kg. Sus características lo convierten en los vehículos ideales para el reparto urbano en zonas de alta densidad, puesto que sus dimensiones compactas facilitan la movilidad y el acceso.
Ofrecen la autonomía necesaria para cubrir las rutas diarias de reparto, y no requieren carnet de conducir, lo que simplifica la operativa para los equipos de última milla. Además, están habilitados para circular por carriles bici, lo que permite una mayor agilidad y evita congestiones en el tráfico urbano.
