La segunda cita de este ciclo gratuito tendrá lugar el próximo viernes 3 de octubre y estará centrada en resolver las principales dudas de pymes y autónomos sobre la adaptación al nuevo sistema de facturación.

El objetivo de esta segunda cita es seguir acompañando a pymes, autónomos y despachos profesionales en la cuenta atrás hacia la entrada en vigor de Verifactu, prevista para 2026, y que ya desde el 29 de julio de 2025 obliga a que los softwares de facturación estén adaptados a la nueva normativa.
La normativa Verifactu marca un cambio normativo sin precedentes que afectará a todo el tejido empresarial español. Desde el pasado 29 de julio, los proveedores de software de facturación están obligados a garantizar que sus soluciones cumplen con los requisitos técnicos de la Agencia Tributaria, y las empresas que adquieran un nuevo programa deben asegurarse de que este esté ya adaptado. Aunque la obligatoriedad plena para los contribuyentes entrará en vigor en 2026, la etapa actual es esencial para prepararse con antelación y evitar prisas de última hora. Según el informe Fotografía de la pequeña asesoría en España 2025, elaborado por Cegid, el 70% de los autónomos aún desconoce en qué consiste Verifactu y el 83% sigue sin utilizar herramientas digitales para emitir sus facturas, lo que confirma la necesidad de iniciativas divulgativas como esta.

La jornada contará con la participación de Javier Hurtado, inspector de la Agencia Tributaria, quien resolverá las cuestiones técnicas y normativas, así como de Isidro Velis, director de Marketing de Producto y Normativa Legal de Cegid, y Álvaro García, responsable de Marketing de Producto para Despachos Profesionales en Cegid, que aportarán una visión práctica sobre cómo la digitalización de la facturación puede convertirse en una oportunidad competitiva.
Con iniciativas como esta, Cegid y la Agencia Tributaria buscan acompañar a pymes y autónomos en una transición que no solo supone cumplir con la normativa, sino también avanzar hacia un modelo de gestión más eficiente, seguro y conectado con la realidad digital del país.
