La Fundación Adecco conmemora 15 años en Navarra impulsando la inclusión social y laboral de las personas que lo tienen más difícil.
· Durante estos 15 años la Fundación Adecco ha realizado más de 9000 acciones de acompañamiento a personas en situación de vulnerabilidad, generando 2673 empleos para ellas.
· Sin embargo, el camino por recorrer aún es largo: en la Comunidad Foral la tasa AROPE (riesgo de pobreza y/o exclusión) tiende al alza y alcanza el 17,7%, frente al 11,7% de 2019. En este escenario, las personas con discapacidad, los mayores de 45 años en desempleo de larga duración o las mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad son quienes más riesgo afrontan.
Pamplona, 24 de septiembre de 2025. La Fundación Adecco ha celebrado, en la sede de la Confederación Empresarial de Navarra (CEN), el acto conmemorativo de su 15º aniversario en la Comunidad Foral, una cita a la que han asistido empresas colaboradoras y representantes institucionales. La jornada ha puesto en valor el impacto alcanzado durante estos quince años y ha reforzado la importancia de las alianzas para seguir impulsando la inclusión social y laboral de las personas que lo tienen más difícil.
Alianzas y propósito: voces en el 15º aniversario de la Fundación Adecco en Navarra
La sesión ha comenzado con la intervención de Mª Carmen Maeztu Villafranca, consejera de Derechos Sociales, Economía Social y Empleo, quien ha reconocido la labor de la Fundación Adecco y el papel tractor de la colaboración público-privada:
“Quiero manifestar mi agradecimiento a la Fundación Adecco por su compromiso y su estrecha colaboración con el Gobierno de Navarra, que se ha traducido en resultados muy concretos y palpables. En los últimos años hemos destinado cerca de 670.000 euros, procedentes tanto de fondos propios como de fondos europeos, al desarrollo conjunto de programas de empleo inclusivo, iniciativas dirigidas a mujeres en entornos rurales y urbanos, así como proyectos territoriales que buscan dar respuesta a las necesidades de las personas más vulnerables. Esta inversión demuestra el compromiso compartido de avanzar hacia una sociedad más cohesionada y justa. Gracias a vuestro trabajo, muchas personas que encontraban serias dificultades para acceder al mercado laboral han podido mejorar sus oportunidades, avanzar en su autonomía y participar de forma activa en la vida social y económica de nuestra tierra”.
A continuación, ha intervenido Carlos Fernández Valdivielso, secretario general de la CEN, quien ha reconocido la labor de la Fundación Adecco durante estos 15 años:
“Hoy queremos poner en valor la extraordinaria labor que desarrolla la Fundación Adecco, un referente en el impulso de la inclusión laboral y la igualdad de oportunidades. Su trabajo, siempre cercano y profesional, no solo contribuye a mejorar la vida de muchas personas, sino que también ayuda a las empresas a avanzar en sus políticas de responsabilidad social y en la construcción de entornos más diversos y sostenibles. La alianza con la Fundación Adecco es, sin duda, un ejemplo de cómo la colaboración entre entidades sociales y el tejido empresarial puede generar un impacto positivo y duradero en la sociedad.”
Posteriormente, Marta Basterra, directora regional de la Fundación Adecco en Navarra desde su nacimiento en 2010, ha repasado los momentos clave de estos 15 años:
“En este tiempo hemos generado 2673 empleos gracias a itinerarios personalizados de inclusión laboral y a alianzas sólidas con las empresas y la Administración Pública. Muchas gracias a todas ellas porque, sin vuestra colaboración, nuestra misión social no podría materializarse. Juntos, hemos logrado romper barreras y dar oportunidades reales a personas que partían de situaciones muy complicadas, generando así un mercado laboral más justo, ecuánime e inclusivo. Sin embargo, el reto por delante sigue siendo de gran magnitud”.
En este sentido, Basterra ha subrayado que: “Navarra siempre ha destacado por sus buenos indicadores de cohesión social, pero en los últimos años la situación tiende a complicarse. En 2019 la tasa AROPE (personas en riesgo de pobreza o exclusión) era del 11,7% -la más baja del país- y en 2024 ha alcanzado el 17,7%. Es un aumento de 6 puntos, muy por encima del incremento nacional, que apenas ha sido de 0,8. Esto significa que, aunque seguimos teniendo mejores indicadores que otras comunidades, la desigualdad crece con más rapidez aquí, y cada vez se abre más la brecha entre quienes más tienen y quienes menos. En este escenario, las personas con discapacidad, los mayores de 45 años en desempleo de larga duración o las mujeres en situación de especial vulnerabilidad son quienes más riesgo afrontan. Solo de la mano de las empresas y de las instituciones públicas podremos evitar que esta brecha siga creciendo y convertir la ilusión en oportunidades, y las oportunidades en empleo real. Sin ese compromiso común, la inclusión se queda en palabras; con él, cambia vidas.”, ha explicado.
El enfoque estratégico de futuro se ha abordado en la ponencia de Pablo García Menchén, director de Comunicación de la Fundación Adecco, quien ha centrado su intervención en la importancia de perseguir el propósito y el bien común: “‘Hemos constatado que, en un momento de creciente polarización, los valores humanos fundamentales deben ser la brújula que guíe nuestras decisiones, más allá del ruido ideológico. Solo así podremos avanzar hacia un empleo verdaderamente sostenible y con propósito: un empleo que impulse el desarrollo humano y social, que refuerce la competitividad de las empresas y que contribuya al crecimiento económico, garantizando la participación de quienes suelen quedar al margen”, ha destacado.
El encuentro ha concluido con el testimonio de Javi Martín, embajador de la Fundación Adecco que fue diagnosticado con trastorno bipolar, y que ha compartido una reflexión sobre salud mental y empleo: “Los entornos laborales inclusivos han sido clave para que muchas personas con dificultades hayan recuperado su confianza y hayan encontrado un lugar en el que sentirse valorados. Las empresas han demostrado que, cuando valoran la diversidad de sus equipos, mejoran el clima, la productividad y el bienestar de la plantilla”.
15 años de inclusión en Navarra
La Fundación Adecco abrió su delegación de Pamplona en 2010, 11 años después del nacimiento de la entidad, en 1999, para acercar su misión al tejido social y empresarial navarro. Desde entonces, ha consolidado un equipo especializado que ha acompañado itinerarios de inclusión, ha impulsado programas de orientación y formación adaptados a cada persona y ha tejido alianzas estables con empresas, administraciones y entidades sociales de la Comunidad Foral. Con esta presencia territorial, la Fundación Adecco ha reforzado la sensibilización sobre diversidad, equidad e inclusión (DEI), ha promovido entornos laborales más accesibles e inclusivos y ha conectado talento y oportunidades con un objetivo claro: que ninguna persona quede fuera del mercado de trabajo por razón de edad, discapacidad o cualquier otra etiqueta.
