X-MADRID ORGANIZA SU PRIMERA FERIA DE EMPLEOPARA IMPULSAR EL TALENTO Y CONTRATACIÓN LOCAL.
Una oportunidad única para conectar a empresas y candidatos en un entorno dinámico y lleno de posibilidades.
Alcorcón, 30 octubre de 2025. Comprometidos con el impulso del empleo local y el desarrollo del talento, X-Madrid, el espacio comercial y de ocio de MERLIN Properties, organiza su primera Feria de Empleo. Un punto de encuentro ideado para fomentar la contratación y crear sinergias entre las marcas que operan en el centro y las personas que buscan una oportunidad profesional.
Durante dos jornadas, que tendrán lugar en la plaza central interior de X- Madrid el 6 de noviembre de 16:00h a 20:00h y el 7 de noviembre de 12:00h a 14:00h y de 16:00h a 20:00h, más de diez marcas con establecimientos en X-Madrid estarán presentes con personal propio, ofreciendo a los participantes información directa sobre sus procesos de selección, los perfiles que necesitan incorporar y las oportunidades de crecimiento que ofrecen dentro de sus equipos.
Con esta primera edición, X-Madrid busca reforzar su papel como agente dinamizador del empleo en Alcorcón y el sur de Madrid, ofreciendo un espacio donde sus establecimientos puedan identificar nuevos perfiles, y los candidatos puedan acercarse de forma directa a las marcas, entregar su currículum y darse a conocer en persona.
En esta feria estarán presentes establecimientos de restauración como 100 Montaditos, Ditaly, La Boutique Trattoria Viajera, El Xiringuito o Runni Pandora, el grupo Young Retail con las marcas Mango, Mango Teen, Terranova y Miniso; los concesionarios y talleres de motocicletas Ducati y Harley Davidson y operadores de ocio como Ocine, Yo Buceo y Honna Surf Hub.
Todas estas marcas ofrecerán vacantes para una amplia variedad de perfiles, buscando mecánicos/as especializados en motocicletas, comerciales, personal de sala, camareros/as, cocineros/as y ayudantes de cocina, dependientes/as y store managers; monitores/as deportivos, divemasters o
instructores/as de buceo; taquilleros, personal de limpieza y perfiles administrativos, son algunos de los puestos que se ofertarán, entre otros.
