VINCI Energies Spain y Aleph-TEA colaboran para mejorar la empleabilidad de jóvenes con autismo y discapacidad intelectual.
El proyecto refuerza el compromiso de la compañía con la inclusión social a través de un programa formativo centrado en las habilidades sociales en el entorno laboral, facilitando espacios, recursos y acompañamiento para una formación pionera que impulsa la empleabilidad de colectivos en riesgo de exclusión.
Madrid, 3 de junio de 2025. VINCI Energies Spain y la asociación Aleph-TEA han unido fuerzas para lanzar una iniciativa destinada a jóvenes con trastornos del espectro autista (TEA). El proyecto, que tendrá una duración de seis meses, busca fomentar la empleabilidad de este colectivo mediante el desarrollo de habilidades sociales y personales, esenciales para su integración en el ámbito laboral.
Para desarrollar la iniciativa, planteada desde enero a junio de este año, Axians Spain, la marca especializada en TIC de VINCI Energies Spain, ha cedido parte de sus instalaciones y recursos tecnológicos para que Aleph-TEA imparta un programa formativo dirigido a jóvenes con TEA mayores de 18 años, combinando formación teórica, dinámicas prácticas y simulaciones de situaciones reales.
Joel Amadoz, gerente de negocio en el Business Competence Center de Axians Spain, ha destacado que “descubrir la Fundación Aleph-TEA ha sido profundamente inspirador. Su labor, compromiso y calidad humana con las personas con TEA y sus familias es admirable. Desde Axians Spain nos enorgullece apoyar su misión y contribuir a su impacto”.
Por su parte, Luis Goñi, responsable del Servicio de Inserción Laboral (PILA) de Aleph-TEA, ha subrayado que “la relación con Axians Spain se cimienta en una confianza mutua que está transformando perspectivas. Ser testigos de cómo sus trabajadores conocen de primera mano el autismo y descubren las capacidades de los participantes del servicio de inserción laboral de nuestra asociación es un testimonio del poder de la inclusión. Estamos derribando barreras invisibles”.
Un camino hacia la inclusión laboral y social real
El itinerario aborda diferentes módulos relacionados con el conocimiento personal, la gestión emocional, la comunicación efectiva, el manejo de conflictos, la comprensión de normas laborales y la preparación para entrevistas de trabajo. Uno de los momentos más enriquecedores, por ejemplo, ha consistido en compartir experiencias laborales de personas con autismo, abordando cuestiones tan reales como el ajuste de expectativas, la frustración tras una entrevista no superada o los derechos de los trabajadores con discapacidad.
Como complemento, también se están desarrollando actividades paralelas, como el taller El monte del empleo, desarrollado entre el 4 de marzo y el 1 de abril. Esta actividad, realizada en formato híbrido, ha permitido a los asistentes reflexionar sobre sus intereses, ahondar en sus aspiraciones profesionales y explorar distintas opciones a través de una mirada realista y motivadora.
Además de todas las actividades y temáticas tratadas, el proyecto pone un fuerte énfasis en la visibilización del colectivo para fomentar la comprensión, promover la empatía y derribar prejuicios, creando un entorno más inclusivo y consciente.
Continuidad y compromiso con Aleph-TEA
Esta iniciativa fortalece la alianza entre VINCI Energies Spain, a través de Axians Spain, y Aleph-TEA, dando continuidad a la colaboración iniciada en 2024, donde se promovió una acción conjunta enfocada en el cuidado del medioambiente. Ahora, en esta nueva etapa, ambas entidades han decidido ir más allá, centrando sus esfuerzos en fomentar la empleabilidad y la inclusión de este colectivo.
Como parte de este compromiso, Axians Spain apoyará la instalación de una pantalla interactiva en el centro de Aleph-TEA. Este recurso ofrecerá a la asociación mayor autonomía, facilitando sus actividades cotidianas y mejorando su capacidad para operar de forma más independiente.
Además, se están proyectando nuevas iniciativas para reforzar la colaboración. Entre ellas, destacan sesiones para que los estudiantes conozcan en profundidad la actividad profesional de Axians Spain, así como talleres de concienciación dirigidos a los empleados de la empresa. Estas acciones buscan construir una cultura corporativa más inclusiva, empática y abierta a la diversidad, promoviendo valores que contribuyan a una sociedad más justa.
