VINCI ENERGIES SPAIN LLEVA SU EVENTO LIFE A BARCELONA EN 2024 PARA FOMENTAR EL BIENESTAR DE SUS COLABORADORES
- El Programa LIFE, dedicado a incentivar el bienestar físico y mental de los colaboradores de VINCI Energies Spain, ha celebrado por primera vez su Evento LIFE anual en Barcelona además de en Madrid.
- Ambas jornadas, celebradas en junio y septiembre de este año, han contado con más de 150 participantes.
- El programa, ejecutado durante todo el año, ha llevado a cabo actividades como sesiones formativas, ligas de pádel y sesiones de yoga, centradas en cuidar la salud emocional, física y mental de sus equipos.
Madrid, 1 de octubre de 2024.- VINCI Energies Spain, líder global en soluciones para la transformación digital y la transición energética, ha lanzado una nueva edición de su Programa LIFE, una iniciativa centrada en impulsar acciones que promuevan un estilo de vida saludable en todos los colaboradores de la compañía, englobando la actividad física y el bienestar emocional.
Este 2024, VINCI Energies Spain ha seguido expandiendo tanto el número y variedad de actividades disponibles a sus colaboradores, como las localizaciones en las que se han celebrado. La compañía ha organizado dos sesiones de su Evento LIFE, el cual reúne a los colaboradores en una jornada con actividades deportivas al aire libre, en Madrid y, por primera vez, en Barcelona, donde VINCI Energies Spain cuenta con oficinas de todas sus marcas, Omexom, Actemium, Axians e INOVE Ingeniería.
Evento LIFE 2024
Bajo la temática de las olimpiadas de verano, el Evento LIFE de este año ha tenido como objetivo celebrar el espíritu olímpico que une a sus colaboradores como equipo. Las actividades de este año, abiertas tanto a colaboradores de VINCI Energies Spain como a sus familias, han consistido en atletismo, torneos de baloncesto, sesiones de big sup, zumba, pádel, entrenamientos funcionales y yoga, animando a todos los participantes a compartir una jornada de actividad física, trabajo en equipo y cuidado personal en un entorno natural.
La jornada de Madrid, celebrada el 23 de junio en la Ciudad Deportiva Príncipe Felipe, ha contado con la participación de 100 personas y la jornada de Barcelona, celebrada el 28 de septiembre en el Canal Olímpic de Catalunya, con 50 personas, llevando el propósito del Programa LIFE a más personas que nunca.

Adicionalmente a ambos Eventos LIFE, VINCI Energies Spain ha impulsado varias iniciativas a lo largo de 2024 para seguir proporcionando a sus colaboradores herramientas para encontrar un equilibrio entre sus vidas laborales y personales, ofreciendo actividades durante todo el año que fomenten su salud mental y física. Un ejemplo de ello son los webinars mensuales centrados en educar sobre la importancia de la salud emocional, física y mental, que han contado con la participación de aproximadamente 80 personas.
El Programa LIFE también ha organizado ligas de pádel en Málaga, Sevilla, Madrid y Barcelona en las que más de 90 colaboradores se han unido para una competición amistosa que ha afianzado lazos dentro de los equipos a la vez que ha promovido el ejercicio como motor de salud física y mental. Además, para maximizar el alcance de las actividades del programa, la compañía también ha organizado sesiones de yoga online, disponibles a nivel nacional.
Durante los meses restantes de 2024, VINCI Energies Spain seguirá trabajando en fomentar un mejor entendimiento del bienestar físico y mental en sus equipos, celebrando de nuevo carreras populares en distintas localizaciones de España, las cuales contaron con la participación de 100 colaboradores el año pasado, e introduciendo nuevas actividades como rutas de senderismo.
Desde el objetivo global del Programa LIFE de promover la salud física y el bienestar mental de todos los colaboradores de VINCI Energies Spain, el programa espera poder seguir llevando sus iniciativas saludables al mayor número de personas posible en futuras ediciones, proporcionando actividades y aprendizajes a todos sus participantes.
