(Nómina, Gestión del Talento), Contabilidad, Retail, Emprendedores y Pequeñas Empresas ha
participado en HR Expo 2025, evento celebrado en el marco de Accountex España en IFEMA
Madrid los días 5 y 6 de noviembre, con la ponencia La IA en acción: redefiniendo y
transformando RR.HH., impartida por Ángel Zuate, Senior Vice President de Producto para
Iberia, Latam y África en Cegid.
Durante su intervención, Zuate analizó cómo la inteligencia artificial se está consolidando como un aliado
para revolucionar la gestión de los Recursos Humanos, desde la selección y el reclutamiento hasta la
retención del talento y el desarrollo profesional. A través de casos prácticos, destacó cómo la
automatización, el análisis predictivo, y las soluciones inteligentes están transformando la experiencia del
empleado, optimizando la toma de decisiones y potenciando la eficiencia organizacional.
“RR.HH. es un driver de crecimiento y es nuestra responsabilidad demostrarlo”, señaló Zuate, quien
subrayó además que “un 27 % de las nuevas contrataciones en España se va en los seis primeros meses;
por eso el onboarding es fundamental”. En este sentido, el experto argumentó el papel clave de la
inteligencia artificial aplicada a las soluciones de RR. HH. para mejorar la gestión del talento desde los
primeros meses.
El directivo de Cegid insistió en que la IA debe implantarse de forma progresiva y con objetivos claros: “La
IA debe iniciarse con un caso de éxito pequeño que aporte valor a la compañía. A partir de ahí, podremos
trazar un recorrido para poner al empleado en el centro”. En su opinión, “la IA tiene que ser una capa que
permee todos los aspectos de RR. HH. La adopción de tecnología no es una línea recta: la productividad
comienza cuando empieza a generar valor. Por eso, los departamentos de RR. HH. y las empresas deben
empezar por identificar esas pequeñas oportunidades que aporten valor real y demostrable, y seguir
construyendo desde ahí”.
En esa línea, Zuate presentó Cegid Pulse, un conjunto de agentes inteligentes integrados en el
ecosistema de Recursos Humanos de Cegid, HR 360º, que permite interactuar en lenguaje natural con los
datos de la empresa y sus herramientas de gestión, gracias al poderoso impulso de la IA generativa. Su
objetivo es optimizar la toma de decisiones y reforzar el día a día de los equipos de RR. HH. “Cegid Pulse
no es un producto, sino una capa de IA diseñada para ayudar a los profesionales a centrarse en lo
verdaderamente importante: las personas”, concluyó.
