- El Foro ‘Transición Justa en el Empleo Verde y la Transformación Digital’, organizado por Forética, ha abordado los retos y oportunidades de una transformación justa en el mercado laboral.
Forética ha celebrado una nueva edición del Foro ‘Transición Justa en el Empleo Verde y la Transformación Digital’, bajo el título ’De la brecha a la oportunidad: talento inclusivo para
la economía verde y digital’. Este encuentro, enmarcado dentro de la iniciativa ‘Jobs 2030 –
Futuro del Trabajo’ cuenta con la colaboración de ManpowerGroup y Fundación ONCE, y el
apoyo institucional del Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social y nueve gobiernos autonómicos.
El encuentro se ha celebrado en el Hub de ‘Por Talento Digital’, la iniciativa de Fundación ONCE,
que impulsa la mejora de las capacidades digitales de las personas con discapacidad. Ha reunido
a líderes empresariales, institucionales y del ámbito académico para analizar cómo anticipar los
desafíos laborales que surgen de la transformación digital, la sostenibilidad y los cambios
demográficos, promoviendo una transición justa y centrada en las personas.
En un escenario global marcado por una profunda transformación estructural, el mercado laboral
exige una nueva visión estratégica. En el evento hemos visto cómo los ponentes han reflexionado
sobre cómo las empresas pueden adaptar sus modelos organizativos para impulsar un
crecimiento sostenible e inclusivo, alineando competitividad y sostenibilidad en la creación
de empleo del futuro.
La bienvenida de este encuentro corrió a cargo de Ricardo Trujillo, director de Impacto Social y
Capital Humano de Forética, y Fernando Riaño, director de Relaciones Institucionales y
Sostenibilidad del Grupo Social ONCE.
La apertura institucional estuvo a cargo de Belén García Díaz, directora general del Servicio
Público de Empleo de la Comunidad de Madrid, que puso sobre la mesa la visión pública
sobre la transición justa en el mercado laboral.
A continuación, la conversación “¿Cómo lideran los CEO la transformación del talento y el
empleo?” ofreció una mirada estratégica a los retos del liderazgo y la gestión del talento en un
contexto de transformación digital, sostenibilidad y cambio demográfico. Participaron Raúl
Sánchez, Country Manager de ManpowerGroup España; José Luis Martínez Donoso, director
General de Fundación ONCE y Germán Granda, director general de Forética.
La tecnología y las redes profesionales también tuvieron su espacio con la intervención de Ángel
Sáenz de Cenzano, Country Manager de LinkedIn Spain & Portugal, y Antonio Budia,
presidente de la Junta Directiva de Forética y Head of Sales Excellence en Microsoft
EMEA. En esta conversación ambos debatieron sobre cómo la inteligencia artificial, la
digitalización y la colaboración en red pueden acelerar la adaptación del mercado laboral y
generar nuevas oportunidades para las personas y las organizaciones.
La jornada continuó con una mesa redonda dedicada a explorar cómo el talento y el liderazgo
pueden impulsar una empresa más justa y competitiva. Moderada por Sofía Bergareche, project
manager de Forética, tuvo la participación de Laura Rodríguez Martín, responsable de Carreras
Profesionales de la Universidad CEU San Pablo; Ricard Casas Bedós, director general de Personas & Cultura del Grupo ISS Iberia; y Esther Domínguez, Corporate Talent Acquisition &
Employer Branding Lead de Moeve. Todos aportaron su visión sobre cómo anticipar los cambios
en las habilidades, crear entornos de trabajo inclusivos y reforzar la competitividad desde la
gestión estratégica del talento.
El foro fue clausurado a cargo de Aicha Belassir, directora general de Economía Social y
Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas del Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social.
Este encuentro se enmarca en un contexto global en el que la transformación del empleo es ya
una realidad palpable. Según estimaciones de McKinsey Global Institute y el World Economic
Forum, de aquí a 2030 el mundo vivirá la creación de 170 millones de nuevos empleos, mientras
92 millones se desplazarán por el impacto de los cambios tecnológicos, verdes y demográficos.
En Europa, se esperan 12 millones de transiciones profesionales en los próximos cinco
años y se estima que el 39 % de las habilidades actuales cambiarán o quedarán
obsoletas antes de que finalice la década. Seis de cada diez trabajadores necesitarán
formación, pero uno de cada cinco podría no recibirla, poniendo en riesgo la empleabilidad de
más de 120 millones de personas.
En España, el reto es igualmente urgente: el 75 % de las empresas no encuentra el talento
que necesita, y la escasez de competencias ya es la principal barrera para la
transformación empresarial. Este es, precisamente, el telón de fondo de la iniciativa Jobs
2030, la necesidad de alinear sostenibilidad, tecnología y talento para que la transición sea justa
y genere valor económico y social a la vez.
Las empresas que se anticipen a este nuevo escenario y preparen a sus equipos no solo estarán
mejor posicionadas para competir, sino que contribuirán a una transformación más inclusiva y
sostenible. La sostenibilidad y la competitividad no son caminos opuestos: son dos caras de la
misma moneda en el futuro del trabajo.
En el marco del foro y como próximo hito de la iniciativa, próximamente presentaremos el informe
‘Competitividad y talento: Hoja de ruta hacia las Habilidades del Futuro’. Este
documento analiza los retos y oportunidades que plantea la transformación verde y digital en el
mercado laboral, y propone una hoja de ruta práctica para anticipar brechas de talento,
desarrollar nuevas competencias y reforzar la empleabilidad y la competitividad empresarial.
El proyecto cuenta con las siguientes empresas participantes: Accenture, Adif, CaixaBank,
CEMEX, CEU, Exolum, Fundación Juan XXIII, Iberdrola, ISS, PMG, Microsoft, Moeve, PRISA, Plan
Internacional, Repsol y Solvay.
El Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social apoya institucionalmente el proyecto ‘Jobs 2030
– Futuro del Trabajo’, que se desarrolla en alianza con WBCSD y CSR Europe. Los gobiernos
autonómicos de Aragón, Canarias, Castilla y León, Extremadura, Galicia, Comunidad de Madrid,
Región de Murcia, Navarra y La Rioja, junto al Cabildo de Tenerife son también partners
institucionales de la iniciativa.
Como organizaciones colaboradoras, el proyecto cuenta con la Cámara de Cantabria, la
Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía (CEA), la Confederación Empresarial de Madrid
(CEIM), Club Asturiano de Calidad, Club de Empresas Responsables y Sostenibles de la
Comunidad Valenciana (CERS), Eticentre, Respon.cat y Visión Responsable, con el objetivo de
