The Adecco Group, el mayor grupo de talento comprometido con las personas, la innovación y la sostenibilidad, presenta Adventure, un proyecto que quiere encontrar soluciones innovadoras a algunos de los grandes retos del mercado laboral.

La iniciativa está dirigida  a personas con talento, creativas y con visión de futuro -emprendedores/as, estudiantes, profesionales en transición de carrera, o creativos/as con experiencia-, y que quieran dar forma al futuro del empleo.

Tres son los desafíos en los que trabajarán los seleccionados/as para el proyecto: desarrollar ideas para que el know-how de las personas prevalezca en las empresas, reinventar el bienestar ayudando a las organizaciones a cuidar la salud física, emocional y mental de sus trabajadores/as, y diseñar nuevas formas de atraer al talento más joven.

El envío de candidaturas ha comenzado hoy y se mantendrá hasta el 8 de octubre. Una vez cerradas las inscripciones, un jurado de expertos seleccionará a 20 finalistas que participarán en un bootcamp online de tres semanas en el que trabajarán, organizados en cinco equipos y con el apoyo de herramientas basadas en IA, en torno a uno de los tres grandes desafíos planteados.

A lo largo de esas semanas, los/as participantes estarán acompañados por consultores especializados en innovación  que les asesorarán a lo largo del proyecto. La gran final tendrá lugar el 4 de diciembre en Madrid, en un evento en el que Iker Barricat, presidente del Grupo Adecco en España, dará a conocer la idea ganadora.

El equipo seleccionado recibirá un premio de 15.000 euros para desarrollar la idea y tres meses de asesoramiento gratuito con EZRA, la plataforma de coaching del Grupo Adecco.

El mercado laboral está avanzando a un ritmo sin precedentes debido al rápido desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías, la llegada de nuevas generaciones con valores y expectativas distintas y la creciente preocupación por la salud mental. Ante esta situación, las empresas deben anticiparse impulsando nuevas formas de trabajar que permitan atraer, formar y cuidar el talento de manera sostenible.

En este contexto, The Adecco Group , el mayor grupo de talento comprometido con las personas, la innovación y la sostenibilidad, presenta hoy Adventure, un proyecto que quiere encontrar soluciones innovadoras a algunos de los grandes desafíos del mercado laboral.

En palabras de Iker Barricat, presidente del Grupo Adecco: “En el ADN del Grupo Adecco hay un firme compromiso con el talento y la innovación. Por eso lanzamos Adventure, para desarrollar un espacio de colaboración en el que aprender de nuevas ideas y anticiparnos al futuro del empleo y a algunos de los retos pendientes. Queremos así escuchar al talento más creativo y colaborar con él para evolucionar las formas de trabajar y liderar el cambio en el mundo del empleo”.

Adventure, nace con la vocación de ser un proyecto global, que se desarrollará en otros países en los que el Grupo Adecco tiene presencia, pero cuyo lanzamiento será en primicia en España.

Este programa se suma así a otras iniciativas del grupo como Trabajando en ti, un proyecto que recoge diferentes propuestas formativas, laborales y de orientación que impulsan el desarrollo del talento joven para favorecer su incorporación al mercado laboral.

¿En qué consiste Adventure?

La iniciativa está dirigida a personas con talento, creativas y con visión de futuro -emprendedores/as, estudiantes, profesionales en transición de carrera, o creativos/as con experiencia-, y que quieran dar forma al futuro del empleo.

El envío de candidaturas ha comenzado hoy y se mantendrá activo hasta el 8 de octubre. Una vez cerradas las inscripciones, un jurado de expertos seleccionará a 20 finalistas que participarán en un bootcamp online de tres semanas. Durante este periodo, los finalistas trabajarán, organizados en cinco equipos y con el apoyo de herramientas basadas en Inteligencia Artificial, en torno a uno de los tres grandes desafíos planteados.

Por un lado, deberán proponer soluciones escalables para mantener vivo el conocimiento dentro de las organizaciones, ideando nuevas formas de mantener y transferir el conocimiento, el know-how de los trabajadores, pues vivimos en un entorno laboral donde la rotación de talento es cada vez más elevada. Así se evitará a las empresas perder el conocimiento adquirido cada vez que alguien deja la compañía.

El segundo reto pasa por reinventar el bienestar, diseñando soluciones proactivas que ayuden a las organizaciones a cuidar el bienestar emocional, físico y mental de sus equipos, más necesario que nunca.

Finalmente, los participantes elegidos para el tercer reto deberán desarrollar ideas innovadoras, apoyadas en la tecnología, para captar mejor al talento emergente. Las nuevas generaciones buscan organizaciones auténticas, con propósito, que ofrezcan experiencias excepcionales alineadas con sus valores.

A lo largo de todo este bootcamp los participantes estarán acompañados por consultores especializados en innovación y un inversor expert que les asesorarán a lo largo del proyecto. 

15.000 euros y un programa de coaching para el equipo con la mejor idea

Acabado el bootcamp, la gran final tendrá lugar el 4 de diciembre en Madrid, en un evento en el que se dará a conocer la mejor solución elegida por el jurado de entre las cinco presentadas, de la mano de Iker Barricat, presidente del Grupo Adecco en España y Portugal.

El equipo ganador recibirá un premio económico, para poder desarrollar la idea, de 15.000 euros y tres meses de acompañamiento gratuito con EZRA, la plataforma de coaching del Grupo Adecco que ofrece servicios de desarrollo personal y profesional.
