Además de los resultados de la encuesta, se desvela la especial valoración que sus profesionales hacen del ambiente laboral colaborativo y cercano, las estrechas relaciones entre las personas y los equipos, el liderazgo accesible y los valores sólidos, el alto compromiso con la salud y el bienestar de las personas con enfermedades raras o la flexibilidad que favorece la conciliación.
