Frente a este desafío, Securitas Direct, compañía referente en protección personas, hogares y pequeños negocios, ha lanzado junto a MIOTI Tech&Business School, la escuela de tecnología aplicada a los negocios líder en Data Science, Inteligencia Artificial y nuevas tecnologías, un programa innovador de formación a medida: el Máster en Data & AI Strategy.
Se trata de un máster diseñado especialmente para formar a 25 jóvenes recién graduados en análisis de datos e inteligencia artificial como parte del programa de Becas Verisure ,que combinará aprendizaje práctico y una experiencia profesional real a través de prácticas en la compañía.
La iniciativa busca dotar a los participantes de una base sólida en consultoría de negocio, data science, machine learning y deep learning, con el objetivo de que puedan aportar valor desde el primer día. El máster tiene un enfoque práctico, estructurado en sesiones interactivas, ejercicios hands-on, aprendizaje por proyectos y una orientación constante a retos reales del negocio.
“La colaboración con Securitas Direct es un ejemplo de cómo la formación tecnológica, cuando se diseña desde la realidad de negocio y con una visión estratégica, puede acelerar el desarrollo de talento con impacto directo en los objetivos de la compañía”, afirma Fabiola Pérez, CEO de MIOTI Tech & Business School. “Nuestro compromiso es acompañar a las organizaciones en este camino, con soluciones formativas que inspiren, capaciten y transformen”.
El programa cuenta con dos itinerarios diferenciados, uno para perfiles de analítica de datos y consultoría, otro para ciencia de datos, y se adapta a las habilidades de cada participante, maximizando el aprendizaje individualizado y alineado con las necesidades estratégicas de la compañía. De septiembre de 2025 a abril de 2026, y a lo largo de 180 horas de dedicación total, los participantes desarrollarán competencias técnicas, visión de negocio y capacidad de trabajo en equipo, entre otras.
Además de las sesiones docentes, el máster incluye el desarrollo de un proyecto final, guiado desde el inicio del recorrido, que demuestra la capacidad de los estudiantes para aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos a la resolución de un problema real, fortaleciendo así su proyección profesional y su conexión con los desafíos de la empresa.

El Máster en Data & AI Strategy se impartirá en formato híbrido desde la sede central de Securitas Direct España y el campus de MIOTI Tech & Business School en Madrid.
