· Gracias al apoyo de empresas colaboradoras de la Fundación Adecco, el programa destinará 165.000 euros para apoyar a las personas con discapacidad, a través de un itinerario laboral personalizado. El trabajo con cada familia se realizará con la vista puesta en el medio y largo plazo, a través de orientación profesional para incrementar su autonomía y construir un futuro laboral sostenible en el tiempo. Madrid, 2 de octubre de 2025.- La Fundación Adecco ha abierto hoy el plazo de inscripción para solicitar Plan Familia 2026, un programa de acompañamiento integral dirigido a personas con discapacidad con el objetivo de mejorar su empleabilidad. Este acompañamiento se lleva a cabo mediante un plan de intervención que combina apoyo psicológico, formativo y profesional por parte de personas expertas en inclusión que les ayudan a fortalecer su autonomía, sus competencias profesionales y a superar aquellas barreras que les dificultan acceder al mercado laboral.
El acompañamiento, que se llevará a cabo del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2026, será de carácter personalizado y estará a cargo de un equipo experto en inclusión sociolaboral de la Fundación Adecco, así como de profesionales multidisciplinares de distintos ámbitos.
Desde su puesta en marcha en 2001, se han beneficiado del Plan Familia miles de personas con discapacidad, recibiendo orientación personalizada sobre las mejores opciones para su desarrollo competencial, personal y profesional. En concreto, esta iniciativa ha permitido atender a 2827 personas con discapacidad beneficiarias en toda España en lo que va de año.
Deficitaria participación en el mercado laboral y en empresas ordinarias
El programa Plan Familia 2026 se pone en marcha en un contexto que continúa marcado por la
desigualdad y la falta de oportunidades de las personas con discapacidad en el ámbito laboral. No en
vano, solo el 35,5% de aquellas en edad para trabajar tiene empleo o lo busca, mientras que el
64,5% restante permanece inactiva. Unas cifras muy alejadas de las tasas para las personas sin
discapacidad.
En la misma línea, la mayoría de los contratos que suscriben las personas con discapacidad (73%)
se celebran en el ámbito protegido (Centros Especiales de Empleo), siendo todavía deficitaria su
presencia en la empresa ordinaria, donde apenas se firman el 27% de los contratos.
Otro factor de desigualdad es el económico. Según refleja el 14º informe de Discapacidad y Familia de la
Fundación Adecco (mayo 2025), el 43,6% de las familias con personas con discapacidad encuentra dificultades para llegar a fin de mes.
En concreto, un 19,6% de las familias indica que tiene muchas dificultades para llegar a fin de mes y un
24% refleja que presenta bastantes dificultades. Por otro lado, el 56 % afirma no tener problemas.
Las desigualdades económicas, la escasa participación en el mercado laboral ordinario y la alta
concentración en Centros Especiales de Empleo son indicadores que evidencian la brecha que
afrontan las personas con discapacidad en su inclusión social y laboral. Esta situación pone de relieve la
importancia de ofrecer un acompañamiento más cercano y especializado, tanto a las propias personas
con discapacidad como a sus familias, que con frecuencia se encuentran desorientadas y con recursos
limitados para afrontar los retos que plantea su plena inclusión.
En este sentido, y según el citado Informe Discapacidad y Familia de la Fundación Adecco, cerca del
50% de los hogares con personas con discapacidad se sienten aislados y sin apoyos, afrontando en
soledad sentimientos de culpa, miedo o inseguridad. “Ante esta realidad, el Plan Familia se presenta
como un recurso de acompañamiento profesional y emocional que permite a las familias contar
con apoyo especializado y herramientas para impulsar la autonomía y el desarrollo de sus
familiares con discapacidad. El objetivo del programa es que cada persona pueda desplegar
plenamente su potencial y acceder, cuando llegue el momento, a un empleo ajustado a sus necesidades y
expectativas. El trabajo no solo aporta ingresos y estabilidad, sino que también refuerza la autoestima,
fortalece las relaciones sociales y, en definitiva, mejora la calidad de vida de toda la unidad familiar”,
destaca Alba Martínez, responsable de la convocatoria Plan Familia 2026 de la Fundación Adecco.

La convocatoria 2026 está dirigida a personas nacidas entre 1962 y 2007 que cuenten con certificado

de presentación de las solicitudes permanecerá abierto desde hoy hasta el 29 de octubre en la web
de la Fundación Adecco.
Posteriormente se abrirá un plazo de subsanación de documentación o información pendiente: hasta el 12 de noviembre. A partir del 4 de diciembre se podrá consultar, a través de la misma página web, si la
