Madrid, 15 de mayo de 2025. – Noemí Ramírez se incorpora a Vocento como directora de Estrategia
Digital. Con este nombramiento, el Grupo refuerza su apuesta por la consolidación del modelo de
suscripciones digitales y el impulso de la implementación de nuevas estrategias orientadas a la analítica
de datos y el fortalecimiento de las alianzas con las principales plataformas tecnológicas. Se integrará en
el área de la Dirección de Negocio Editorial.
Ramírez es diplomada en Biblioteconomía y Documentación por la Universidad de Salamanca (1988-
1991) y licenciada en Historia Contemporánea por la Universidad de Granada (1991-1993). Además,
tiene un Máster en Periodismo por la University of Missouri-Columbia (1997-1999) que cursó como
becaria Fulbright. Con una trayectoria de más de veinte años de experiencia en alinear y ejecutar
estrategias digitales basadas en datos, orientadas a la innovación de productos, el crecimiento sostenible
de modelos de negocio y la generación de nuevas fuentes de ingresos, tiene un profundo conocimiento
del sector de los medios y del ecosistema digital de Estados Unidos, Latinoamérica y Europa.
Hasta su incorporación a Vocento, Ramírez ejercía de directora de Producto, Contenido y Marca en
PROEDUCA (UNIR), cargo que ocupaba desde diciembre de 2022. Desde esa posición, abordó la
transformación del equipo de Producto y la automatización de los procesos editoriales de los canales
digitales.
Anteriormente, formó parte del Grupo PRISA durante más de quince años, donde ha ocupado distintas
posiciones dentro de la compañía, todas ellas vinculadas al proceso de transformación digital. Se
incorporó en 2007 como subdirectora de Contenido, siendo responsable de definir la arquitectura de la
información y de las políticas de gestión de contenidos. En 2010, pasó a ser directora de Producto de
Plataformas Tecnológicas, además de asumir el cargo de adjunta a la Dirección General de Innovación.
Tres años más tarde, fue nombrada directora de Producto y Desarrollo Digital de Prisa Noticias y
miembro del Comité Ejecutivo; y en 2018 ocupó el cargo de directora general de Producto, Clientes y
Data, donde lideró la ejecución de una estrategia integral de audiencias y clientes que culminó con la
activación del modelo de suscripciones digitales de EL PAÍS, logrando en solo once meses el crecimiento
de más de 100.000 seguidores.
Ramírez trabajó también en El Mundo, donde se incorporó en julio del año 2000 y, durante siete años,
ejerció de redactora jefa de Documentación del periódico.
Sobre su incorporación a Vocento, Noemí Ramírez ha señalado: “Agradezco la oportunidad de

proyecto ilusionante, desafiante y transformador a partes iguales. Me uno a un grupo de cabeceras que
