Nodo Talento acerca el talento joven a la IA.
- La jornada reúne a estudiantes de Formación Profesional procedentes de Madrid,
Zaragoza, Castilla-La Mancha, y Canarias para impulsar su talento y desarrollo
profesional.
La tecnología y la inteligencia artificial están transformando el mercado laboral y también la forma en
que los jóvenes acceden a su primer empleo. Para afrontar este reto, Nodo Talento reunió a más de
800 estudiantes de Formación Profesional participantes en la iniciativa KPMG Objetivo empleo en
una jornada híbrida, presencial y online, con un objetivo claro: impulsar su empleabilidad y
acercarlos a la realidad de la empresa, la innovación y las nuevas oportunidades profesionales.
Los estudiantes han vivido una experiencia práctica con referentes de Microsoft, Universia y KPMG
en España. Nada de teoría: consejos reales para empezar en tecnología, descubrir las habilidades
más demandadas y ganar confianza frente al mercado laboral.
Las claves del día han sido la inspiración, la concienciación y el acceso a recursos. La inspiración, al
mostrar cómo se aplica la inteligencia artificial en casos reales y despertar el interés de muchos
estudiantes por tecnologías que pueden impulsar su carrera; la concienciación, al poner sobre la
mesa los riesgos de la IA y la importancia de usarla de forma responsable; y el acceso a recursos, al
dar a conocer herramientas y programas gratuitos de Universia y Microsoft que abren nuevas
oportunidades para acercarse al mundo laboral mejor preparados.
Esther Fernández, directora en Fundación KPMG, ha asegurado que “llegar a los jóvenes y
ofrecerles herramientas que mejoren su empleabilidad es uno de nuestros grandes objetivos en
Nodo Talento. Queremos visibilizar los recursos disponibles para su desarrollo. Es importante, además, potenciar su pensamiento crítico en el uso de la IA y mostrársela como un acelerador, no un sustituto del talento humano”.
Desde Universia, Beatriz Sevillano, responsable de negocio Universia, ha subrayado que “estas
iniciativas ayudan a los jóvenes a perder el miedo, comprender cómo funciona el mercado laboral y
prepararse mejor para entrevistas y procesos de selección”. Además, ha destacado la confianza
como una competencia esencial para afrontar el primer empleo.
Por su parte, David Cervigón, training program manager en Microsoft, ha reflexionado sobre el
impacto tecnológico en los jóvenes. Cervigón asegura que “les ayuda a poner las cosas en contexto,
a relativizar y a buscar la excelencia”.
Los estudiantes han destacado la cercanía de los ponentes y el enfoque práctico de los contenidos.
La agenda ha recorrido temas como la IA responsable, la formación tecnológica continua y las
estrategias para mejorar la empleabilidad en un entorno cada vez más competitivo.
Nodo Talento es una iniciativa impulsada por CEOE, Fundación Telefónica, Fundación KPMG,
LinkedIn, Microsoft y Universia. Su misión es clara: desarrollar el talento del futuro, reducir la brecha
entre las necesidades de las empresas y los perfiles profesionales disponibles, y contribuir a mejorar
la empleabilidad en España a través del conocimiento, la colaboración y la innovación.
