Mutua Universal galardonada en los Premios ASLAN de ‘Transformación digital en la administración pública’ por su proyecto de automatización de procesos.
Madrid, 19 de marzo de 2025. El proyecto «RPA, el compañero digital» de Mutua Universal, mutua colaboradora con la Seguridad Social, ha sido distinguido como mejor iniciativa de ‘Transformación digital en la administración pública’ en la categoría ‘Automatización: RPA y ChatBots’ de la XVII edición de los Premios de Digitalización @aslan, entidad que reconoce los casos de éxito de Transformación Digital en la administración pública a nivel estatal.
«Este proyecto innovador, basado en la incorporación de robots de software (RPA) para la ejecución de tareas voluminosas, repetitivas y sin valor añadido, permite a Mutua Universal mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la productividad, reducir los tiempos de respuesta, aumentar la precisión en la gestión de procesos y mejorar los servicios», ha declarado Jordi Rovira, director de Prestaciones de Mutua Universal durante la ceremonia de entrega de distinciones a la que también asistieron por parte de la entidad, Román Pérez, director de Digitalización y Tecnología; y Esther Félix, directora de Digitalización y Loli Bermúdez, jefa del departamento de Soporte a Territorio, encargadas de recoger el galardón.
El uso de la automatización de procesos en Mutua Universal se enmarca en el proceso de transformación digital de la entidad, una estrategia que permite a la mutua disponer de un ecosistema innovador que aporta soluciones tecnológicas punteras y personalizadas que se adaptan a las necesidades de sus mutualistas para mejorar los servicios, el acceso a la información, la tramitación y el asesoramiento.
Mutua Universal ha competido dentro de la categoría de administración pública con otras 77 propuestas de 61 Administraciones y organismos públicos.
Estos galardones, organizados por la Asociación @aslan, entidad que agrupa a la industria de la innovación digital y la cibereseguridad en el estado español, reconocen los casos de éxito de Transformación Digital en la Administración Pública en España y el esfuerzo de las personas responsables que los han liderado para prestar mejores servicios a la ciudadanía, mejorar la eficiencia operativa y optimizar costes.
