Más del 70% de los líderes de RRHH señala la IA como prioridad para el futuro del sector pero solo el 15% reconoce utilizarla.

Valencia (16.9.2025). La gestión de personas vive un momento de transformación sin precedentes en España. Así lo constata el último estudio impulsado por Sesame y su VP of Community & Growth, Tiago Santosa más de 570 líderes de recursos humanos en España, que identifica las prioridades del sector en los próximos meses. La Inteligencia Artificial (IA) aplicada a RRHH despunta como el foco principal —hasta un 71% de los responsables consultados la sitúa como prioridad—, muy por delante de temáticas tradicionalmente predominantes como la cultura interna y el compromiso (54%) y el People Analytics y las decisiones basadas en datos (48%).

La encuesta, que recoge de forma anónima la voz de directivos de RRHH de todo el país, deja ver una convivencia entre la necesidad de digitalizar y la urgencia de fortalecer la cultura organizativa, el liderazgo y el bienestar de los equipos. Asuntos como la conciliación, el bienestar y la salud mental ganan protagonismo y se cuelan en la agenda de prioridades, junto con el desarrollo de nuevas capacidades (upskilling) y la promoción real de la diversidad e inclusión. Pese a esto, el 50% de los equipos de RRHH señala la fidelización de talento como su principal reto actual, le sigue atraer el talento (49%) y reforzar cultura y liderazgo (46%).

¿Está la IA ya en las empresas en materia de RRHH?

Aunque el potencial transformador de la IA parece claro, solo el 15% de las compañías reconoce utilizarla de forma habitual en procesos como el reclutamiento. Un 30% la aplica en algunas fases y un significativo 43% todavía no ha dado el paso. Avances como la automatización de la criba inicial de candidaturas, el uso de evaluaciones técnicas o psicométricas automáticas y la implantación de chatbots son mejoras ya visibles, pero aún cerca de un tercio (30%) de las empresas confiesa no haber implementado ningún cambio reciente en su proceso de selección.

“Estamos ante un momento decisivo para los recursos humanos en España, donde la aplicación de la inteligencia artificial va a marcar la verdadera diferencia entre organizaciones reactivas y organizaciones innovadoras. Es fundamental saber equilibrar la digitalización con el refuerzo de la cultura y el bienestar de las personas”, afirma Tiago Santos, VP of Community & Growth en Sesame.

Retos a corto plazo: engagement y adaptación

En el ámbito de la cultura organizativa, el informe pone de manifiesto un importante desafío interno: solo el 7,7% de los equipos muestra una conexión muy alta con el propósito empresarial, mientras que un 50% declara niveles medios o bajos de vínculo. Estos datos subrayan la necesidad urgente de reforzar la comunicación interna y los valores corporativos para lograr una mayor implicación en la misión de las empresas.

Entre las cuestiones abiertas, los encuestados sugieren otras tendencias a vigilar: desde la sostenibilidad hasta la flexibilidad organizativa, pasando por la gestión efectiva del trabajo híbrido y la necesidad de impulsar planes de salud mental adaptados a las nuevas realidades laborales.
