Más de 2.100 alumnos de FP han contado con el apoyo de voluntarios de KPMG para construir su futuro laboral.
09/07/2025. KPMG en España ha ayudado a que 2.108 alumnos de Formación Profesional puedan entrar mejor preparados al mercado laboral gracias a los 215 voluntarios de la firma en toda España que han desarrollado la actividad bajo el marco de la XII edición ‘KPMG Objetivo empleo’. Este último año los voluntarios de KPMG han podido colaborar con más de una veintena de institutos de Barcelona, Madrid y Zaragoza, donde a través de diferentes talleres se les ha guiado en el proceso mediante la simulación de entrevistas, técnicas de mejora en la elaboración de los currículums y en la identificación de fortalezas y áreas de mejora para afrontar con éxito su acceso al mundo laboral. En total se han realizado 33 talleres (12 en las oficinas de KPMG y 21 en los institutos) y 320 entrevistas y valoraciones individuales.
‘KPMG Objetivo empleo’ es una iniciativa impulsada por Fundación KPMG que tiene como fin contribuir a reducir el elevado desempleo juvenil que hay en España. Para ello, voluntarios de KPMG de todo el país orientan e inspiran a jóvenes que están a punto de finalizar sus estudios en Formación Profesional.
Esther Fernández, directora en Fundación KPMG, ha asegurado que “uno de los ejes estratégicos que impulsamos desde Fundación KPMG es la apuesta por el talento. A través de los distintos proyectos, buscando contribuir en la misión de acercar el mundo laboral a los alumnos para promover su crecimiento personal y favorecer su desarrollo profesional”.
Por parte de las entidades educativas participantes en el proyecto, Soledad Alonso, profesora y coordinadora de Dual del I.E.S Luis Buñuel de Móstoles ha afirmado que “la implicación y responsabilidad de los alumnos son claves para el éxito del proyecto. Por eso, llevar los talleres al entorno real de trabajo, como las oficinas de KPMG, resulta fundamental para que los estudiantes se motiven y visualicen su camino profesional. Además, las entrevistas simuladas se han convertido en una herramienta muy valiosa para que puedan enfrentarse a situaciones reales. Ver cómo los alumnos reflexionan sobre su progreso y muestran interés por construir un futuro sólido es, sin duda, la mayor recompensa de todo este esfuerzo”.
Al mismo tiempo, Félix Ahenkorah, junior de Tax O&C en la oficina de Barcelona, es uno de los alumnos beneficiados del programa KPMG Objetivo empleo ha aseverado que “esta experiencia me ha permitido crecer muchísimo, tanto a nivel profesional como personal. No solo por todo lo que aprendo al trabajar en una firma como KPMG, sino también por el valor que aporta cada fase del proyecto. Sin lugar a duda, animo a cualquier estudiante a aprovechar esta oportunidad y, sobre todo, a creer en uno mismo. No hay que olvidar que los límites los pone cada uno: con trabajo duro y pasión, se puede alcanzar cualquier meta que uno se proponga”.
Refuerzo de los conceptos de sostenibilidad y digitalización
Durante este curso se han impulsado dos proyectos que han contribuido a complementar nuevos contenidos basados en sostenibilidad y digitalización. Por un lado, el equipo de Sostenibilidad de KPMG ha puesto su experiencia al servicio del profesorado y del alumnado, con el objetivo de proporcionarles herramientas y conocimientos reforzados en esta materia.
Para ello, se han llevado a cabo cinco talleres y una sesión magistral. Por otro lado, mediante la alianza Nodo Talento y en colaboración con Microsoft, los alumnos pudieron potenciar sus capacidades tecnológicas para mejorar su empleabilidad y desarrollo profesional.
El proyecto ‘KPMG Objetivo empleo’ durante los doce años de su puesta en marcha se ha consolidado como una iniciativa de carácter prioritario y gran valor, que también ha facilitado la integración de alumnos en diferentes equipos dentro de la firma. Desde 2023, 48 alumnos han comenzado su desarrollo profesional con prácticas de Formación en Centros de Trabajo (FCT) en diferentes departamentos de KPMG y 19 han sido contratados de forma indefinida.
