 En su evento de relanzamiento, la entidad ha reunido a empresas, instituciones y representantes de distintos colectivos sociales para debatir sobre cómo la diversidad, la inclusión y la responsabilidad social pueden enriquecer el entorno laboral. 
 
 La entidad, con más de 20 años de historia en España, acompaña a personas con discapacidad y otros colectivos con dificultades de acceso al empleo para que puedan alcanzar sus objetivos profesionales y ayuda a las empresas a derribar los muros que les separan del talento que necesitan.

Madrid, 11 de junio de 2025- En un contexto de transformación constante y desafíos globales, Fundación ManpowerGroup, en colaboración con CEOE, ha reunido en la jornada “Voces diversas, desafíos comunes: Las estrategias DEI en el nuevo contexto geopolítico” a líderes empresariales, expertos en sostenibilidad y representantes de organizaciones sociales para reflexionar sobre el papel de las empresas en la construcción de entornos laborales más diversos, inclusivos y responsables. La entidad creada por ManpowerGroup hace más de 20 años, ha revisado y reforzado su estrategia para impulsar la empleabilidad de las personas con más dificultades de acceso al mercado laboral como el colectivo senior, el colectivo LGTBIQ+, los refugiados, las personas con discapacidad o los jóvenes.


Durante la jornada, Loles Sala, directora general de Fundación ManpowerGroup, ha subrayado la urgencia de transformar las organizaciones y el mundo del empleo desde dentro. “El cambio empieza en nosotros. No podemos ser empresas socialmente responsables y económicamente sostenibles si no cuidamos a las personas”. Sala destacó en su intervención que, según el último informe sobre Desajuste de Talento de
ManpowerGroup, el 75% de las compañías españolas y el 74% a nivel global tiene dificultades para encontrar el talento con las habilidades y competencias que necesitan, mientras colectivos como el de los senior o las personas con discapacidad siguen enfrentando barreras estructurales para acceder al empleo.
Por su parte, Germán Granda, director general de Forética, recordó en su intervención que la S de la ESG, la dimensión social, debe ocupar un lugar central en la estrategia empresarial y presentó datos que evidencian el impacto positivo de la diversidad en la competitividad y la sostenibilidad de las organizaciones. “Juntos, debemos construir un entorno empresarial más inclusivo y sostenible, donde todos tengan la oportunidad de prosperar y contribuir de manera significativa al desarrollo económico y social”, aseguró. 
El evento incluyó dos mesas redondas. En la primera, titulada “Gestión del talento en clave DEI: retos y oportunidades”, David Martín, director de RR.HH. de Steelcase España; Anneliese Téllez, senior HRBP for BPS at DXC Technology; Juan Iriarte, director de RR.HH. Iberia de Verallia, y Mercedes Fernández, responsable de Beneficios Sociales y del Servicio de Prevención de Grupo Prisa, compartieron algunas de sus mejores prácticas en materia de estrategias DEI y analizaron cómo están integrando la diversidad en sus políticas de atracción y desarrollo de talento, liderazgo inclusivo y bienestar laboral. 


La segunda mesa, titulada “Objetivo Diversidad: voces que impulsan el cambio”, reunió a organizaciones sociales que trabajan con colectivos vulnerables. Amaia Elizalde, directora de Tent España; María Ortuño, directora adjunta de REDI, y Cristina González, directora General de Fundación Integralia DKV, hicieron un llamamiento a las empresas para que incorporen a esos colectivos que afrontan dificultades estructurales de acceso al empleo en sus equipos. Todas ellas coincidieron al afirmar que, por sus experiencias vitales, sus limitaciones o las limitaciones que la sociedad les impone, las personas que proceden de colectivos vulnerables desarrollan competencias clave hoy que otros candidatos no poseen.  


Eventos como este organizado por Fundación ManpowerGroup suponen una oportunidad única para generar conocimiento compartido y alianzas, fortalecer el compromiso con los colectivos más vulnerables y construir entornos laborales más diversos, inclusivos y resilientes. La entidad reafirma cada día su compromiso con la empleabilidad inclusiva a través de programas de formación, alianzas estratégicas y estudios, como el que desarrollará en los próximos meses junto a Deusto Business School, Fundación Salud y Persona y Fundación Integralia DKV, para seguir explorando nuevas formas de inclusión.
