LOS PREMIOS +50 EMPRENDE LANZAN SU VII EDICIÓN Y ARRANCAN UNA NUEVA GIRA PARA IMPULSAR EL TALENTO SÉNIOR.
- La convocatoria, abierta hasta el próximo 16 de enero de 2026, cuenta con una dotación económica de 33.000 euros en premios más otros 20.000 en asesoramiento empresarial y formación sobre emprendimiento.
- Como novedad, se refuerza la categoría de Emprendimiento Verde, que sumará un segundo y tercer premio a aquellos proyectos ligados a la transición energética y la economía circular.
- La gira de los Premios recorrerá diferentes ciudades españolas, empezando por Barcelona el 7 de octubre, y continuando por Madrid, Sevilla, Zaragoza y Málaga entre octubre y diciembre, ofreciendo la posibilidad de presentar proyectos de forma presencial.
LOS PREMIOS +50, la convocatoria más importante de España para impulsar el emprendimiento entre profesionales mayores de 50 años, celebran el lanzamiento de su VII edición bajo el lema #InteligenciaNatural. Estos galardones son una iniciativa de SAVIA, proyecto de Fundación Endesa y Fundación máshumano, y de la productora 02:59 Films, quienes llevan desde 2019 apostando por el talento sénior y promoviendo el emprendimiento entre los profesionales mayores de 50 años.
Los Premios +50 Emprende se han consolidado como una plataforma clave para dar visibilidad al potencial emprendedor de los profesionales sénior, fomentando no solo el desarrollo de proyectos innovadores, sino también promoviendo un cambio cultural necesario para erradicar los prejuicios por edad en el entorno laboral. Según datos recientes, alrededor de 800.000 personas de más de 50 años en España están desempleadas, el equivalente a un 30% del total de parados, lo que refuerza la importancia de iniciativas que aborden estas barreras y proporcionen nuevas oportunidades a este colectivo.
La convocatoria para poder optar a estos premios permanecerá abierta hasta el 16 de enero de 2026. En este plazo, las personas mayores de 50 años con ideas o proyectos emprendedores podrán participar rellenando el formulario disponible en la página web y enviando un vídeo con una duración máxima de tres minutos en el que indiquen su nombre, edad y ciudad de residencia, y cuenten en qué consiste su proyecto y por qué decidieron emprender.
En esta nueva edición, se mantienen los tres premios en la categoría general y se refuerza la categoría de Emprendimiento Verde, creada en 2024 para premiar iniciativas ligadas a la transición energética y la economía circular, que este año pasará de conceder un único galardón a entregar tres premios. En total, se repartirán 33.000 euros en metálico: tanto en la categoría general como en la categoría verde se otorgará un primer premio de 10.000 euros, un segundo premio de 5.000 euros y un tercer premio de 1.500 euros.
Además de estos galardones, los proyectos ganadores recibirán 20.000 euros en especie que incluyen formación y asesoramiento de colaboradores como 50 PRO, ARRABE INTEGRA, TQUITY, Revista Emprendedores y DATAHACK. Este complemento tiene como objetivo fortalecer las capacidades de los emprendedores sénior, ayudándoles a consolidar sus proyectos y mejorar su impacto en el mercado a través del asesoramiento empresarial, la formación especializada, incluyendo un coaching estratégico en el uso de la inteligencia artificial para impulsar la innovación y optimizar sus procesos, y el acceso a recursos que apoyarán a los emprendedores en la consolidación de sus proyectos.
LA GIRA DE LOS PREMIOS +50 EMPRENDE
Un año más, la convocatoria contará con una gira de los Premios +50 Emprende, que servirá como apoyo para quienes necesiten orientación a la hora de grabar su candidatura, y dará comienzo el 7 de octubre en Barcelona. La gira continuará el 21 de octubre en Madrid, el 28 de octubre en Sevilla, el 4 de noviembre en Zaragoza y el 2 de diciembre en Málaga, y cerrará el 10 de diciembre de nuevo en Madrid. En cada parada, los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de presentar sus ideas ante un equipo profesional que grabará sus candidaturas y les guiaran en el proceso. Las personas interesadas en asistir a la gira pueden inscribirse ya a través de este formulario de suscripción disponible en la web de SAVIA.

Este año reforzamos además la categoría de Emprendimiento Verde, apostando por proyectos que contribuyan a un futuro más sostenible y a una transición energética justa” ha destacado Elsa Novo, responsable de Empleo y Emprendimiento Verde de Fundación Endesa.
Por su parte, Fernando Lallana, director de los Premios +50 Emprende, ha señalado que “estos galardones son la mejor prueba de que el talento, la creatividad y la capacidad de innovar no tienen edad. Cada edición descubrimos proyectos inspiradores y nuestra misión es acompañarlos para que puedan hacerse realidad”
A lo largo de las seis ediciones anteriores, más de 1.800 emprendedores han participado en estos galardones y se han presentado más de 1.100 proyectos que abarcan una amplia variedad de sectores. Iniciativas como una plataforma médica accesible, una bota de esquí revolucionaria o una empresa dedicada a la digitalización de normativas de calidad han resultado ganadoras, por su originalidad y viabilidad.
