El Club Excelencia en Gestión, asociación multisectorial sin ánimo de lucro, que genera y comparte conocimiento sobre gestión y transformación de las organizaciones, ha elaborado el informe ‘El liderazgo, elemento clave de la Gestión 5.0’. Un trabajo de análisis que tiene como fin explorar nuevas tendencias en este ámbito y aportar un resumen de las prácticas más efectivas. Pero también abordar aquellas competencias y estrategias que diferencian a un buen líder a la hora de impulsar el rendimiento global de sus equipos.
A través de este documento se examina cómo el liderazgo influye directamente en el rendimiento empresarial, al mismo tiempo que habla de la importancia de la ética en este campo. - Liderazgo coach: Se enfoca en el desarrollo personas y profesional de los miembros del equipo, brindando orientación y apoyo. Busca potenciar el crecimiento continuo de cada uno de los miembros.
- Liderazgo democrático: Fomenta la participación y la colaboración involucrando a todos los miembros del equipo en la toma de decisiones.
- Liderazgo inspiracional: Inspira y motiva a través de una visión compartida y de un conjunto de valores, además de movilizar a otros hacia objetivos más grandes.
- Liderazgo Laissez-Faire: Ofrece libertad y autonomía, delegando la autoridad y la toma de decisiones a los miembros del equipo, ayudando a fomentar sus capacidades y su autonomía.
- Liderazgo servidor: Intenta satisfacer las necesidades del equipo, priorizando su bienestar, y busca el éxito aportando apoyos y servicios a las personas que trabajan en la organización.
- Liderazgo situacional: Se caracteriza por la flexibilidad y adaptabilidad según las necesidades del equipo, un liderazgo que se transforma en función de la realidad del entorno.
- Liderazgo transaccional: Establece reglas claras y gestiona a través de incentivos y sanciones. Se centra en transacciones y acuerdos específicos para dirigir el comportamiento.
- Liderazgo transformacional: Inspirador y carismático, centrado en el desarrollo personal y profesional de los seguidores, buscando transformar tanto a los individuos como a las organizaciones. Su principal herramienta es la motivación a través de la visión y la inspiración para realizar cambios significativos y sostenibles.
