La pérdida de empleo en Hostelería eleva los demandantes hasta los 4,29 millones.
Desciende la afiliación por el efecto de la Hostelería y aumentan en 63 mil los demandantes de empleo. La brecha entre paro registrado y efectivo se sitúa en 760 mil personas.
Los meses de noviembre suelen caracterizarse por ligeros descensos de la afiliación, con dos fuerzas contrapuestas. Un sector, Hostelería, destruye empleo de forma notable. Mientras, el resto de sectores registran crecimientos de la afiliación, pero en cantidades insuficientes para compensar la pérdida en Hostelería. A su vez, el volumen de demandantes de empleo suele elevarse -por la salida de trabajadores de la actividad de Hostelería- y la contratación desciende respecto a octubre.
La afiliación a la Seguridad Social en noviembre de este año disminuyó en 14.358 personas, un descenso de un 0,07%, lo que mejora el comportamiento en dicho mes del año anterior. El crecimiento interanual del empleo se acelera siete centésimas, hasta un 2,45%. La cifra total de afiliados queda situada en los 21,83 millones de personas.
La contratación disminuyó un 14,19% respecto a octubre, con un total de 1,30 millones de contratos. En comparación con el mes anterior, el fuerte descenso de la contratación se ha producido tanto en la temporal (-12,24%) como en la indefinida (-16,82%). En términos interanuales, la temporal aumentó un 0,56% mientras que la indefinida disminuyó un 1,75%.
Los demandantes de empleo crecieron en noviembre en 63.335 personas (+1,50%), mejorando lo observado en los tres noviembres previos, y su cifra quedó situada en los 4,29 millones. Y los demandantes ocupados -entre los que se incluyen los que tienen un contrato fijo discontinuo en inactividad- crecieron en 78.439 personas y se situaron en los 1,31 millones. El paro registrado descendió en 18.805 personas (-0,77%), con una mejora respecto al noviembre precedente. La cifra de parados se sitúa en los 2,42 millones.
En cuanto al paro efectivo -el que se obtiene sumando al paro registrado aquellos demandantes de empleo con relación laboral, esencialmente los fijos discontinuos en inactividad y descontando los trabajadores en ERTE- se situó en el último mes en 3,20 millones, con una brecha respecto al paro registrado de 760.173 personas.
La afiliación desestacionalizada sitúa su crecimiento anual en un 2,45%.
El paro registrado descendió, en términos desestacionalizados, en 11.881 personas durante noviembre, lo que pone de manifiesto que dicho mes ha sido positivo para esta variable.
La serie desestacionalizada de afiliación, según los criterios del Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones, ha reflejado en noviembre un aumento mensual de 44.734 personas, equivalente a un incremento del 0,21%.
En términos interanuales, la afiliación desestacionalizada crece un 2,45%, lo que incrementa siete centésimas su ritmo de crecimiento interanual.
Madrid, Com. Valenciana y Andalucía lideran el aumento del empleo. Por sectores, Educación fue el que más creó y Hostelería, el que más destruyó.
La afiliación a la Seguridad Social ha aumentado en 8 de las 17 comunidades autónomas y en Ceuta y Melilla. Los mayores incrementos se han medido en Madrid (+35.039), Com. Valenciana (+22.376) y Andalucía (+15.796). El mayor descenso, con gran diferencia, en Baleares (-94.457). El paro registrado disminuyó en 11 comunidades y en Ceuta. Los mayores descensos se midieron en Andalucía (-6.934) y Madrid (-3.903).
Por sectores, en noviembre la afiliación registró su mayor aumento en Educación (+30.731), seguido por Comercio (+21.683). El sector con mayor descenso del empleo, con enorme diferencia, fue Hostelería (-119.224).
Indefinidos de muy corta duración: 30 mil personas firmaron más de uno en noviembre.
La contratación en noviembre disminuyó un 14,19% respecto al mes anterior.El descenso ha venido explicado tanto por la contratación indefinida como por la temporal.En total, en el mes de noviembre se firmaron 1,30 millones de contratos.
En el caso de la contratación indefinida se firmaron 534.997 contratos en noviembre, lo que supone 108.186 menos que en octubre (-16,82%). El 42,27% de los contratos indefinidos fueron a tiempo completo, frente a un 31,72% fijos discontinuos y un 26,01% indefinidos a tiempo parcial. Por otra parte, 30.423 personas firmaron en noviembre más de un contrato indefinido, lo que supone el 6% de todos aquellos que firmaron algún contrato de dicha naturaleza. Desde inicios de 2022 ha ocurrido con 1,44 millones de personas. La contratación temporal, por su parte, registró un descenso intermensual de 106.191 contratos (-12,24%).
En términos interanuales, la contratación ha decrecido un 0,41% en noviembre, con aumentos en la contratación temporal (+0,56%) y descensos en la indefinida (-1,75%).
