La Inteligencia Artificial colaborativa en las empresas impulsa la creatividad y la eficiencia laboral.

  • La doctora Yudith Cardinale, directora del Doctorado en Ciencia de Datos y Big Data de la Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU), perteneciente a Planeta Formación y Universidades, nos habla sobre los perfiles profesionales que necesitan las empresas para aplicar la IA colaborativa a sus modelos de negocio con éxito.
  • Los profesionales deberán formarse y desarrollar nuevas habilidades para asegurar un uso de la Inteligencia Artificial que consiga generar un impacto social positivo en las empresas, las personas y el entorno.
  • La ética y la moral en el trabajo se convierten en factores indispensables en el uso de los entornos colaborativos creados por las herramientas de IA.

1 de abril de 2025. La transformación digital y la llegada de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) implican un cambio de paradigma y un entorno complejo para las empresas. Así, el World Economic Forum y Gartner anuncian a la vez la desaparición de ciertos puestos de trabajo y la aparición de más del doble de nuevos puestos de trabajo, como consecuencia de la adopción de la IA en el entorno laboral.

Pero, para la doctora Yudith Cardinale, directora del directora del Doctorado en Ciencia de Datos y Big Data de la Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU), perteneciente a Planeta Formación y Universidades, “se puede considerar que la Inteligencia Artificial no ha llegado para eliminar trabajos, más bien para reforzarlos y mejorarlos. Pero eso sí, demanda un nuevo paradigma de trabajo, una adaptación progresiva, seria y con ética. También responsabilidad profesional y mucha y nueva formación.”

Para ella, la irrupción de la Inteligencia Artificial en el panorama empresarial es innegable, convirtiéndose en uno de los elementos clave para el desarrollo de servicios y soluciones que permiten identificar y explicar comportamientos pasados de negocio; predecir oportunidades de negocio futuras, basadas en comportamientos anteriores; ofrecer bases sólidas para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, en base al conocimiento; y hacer frente a la transformación digital que necesitan y experimentan las empresas, organizaciones y la sociedad a nivel mundial.

Pero, la docente de VIU también advierte de que la facilidad en la integración de estas tecnologías y la adaptación a la innovación por parte de las empresas, vendrá determinada por la creación e incorporación de nuevos puestos de trabajo y perfiles a las compañías y por la evolución y formación de los trabajadores que ya tienen. Sólo así, las empresas podrán conseguir auténticos entornos de “inteligencia colaborativa” en la empresa.

Creatividad, eficiencia y nuevos perfiles profesionales

En este sentido, Yudith Cardinale explica cómo las empresas que apuestan por una transformación digital a través de la IA, deben aprender a diferenciar entre el talento que crea las soluciones de IA y el que las utiliza. En este sentido, la directora del Doctorado en Ciencia de Datos y Big Data de VIU, diferencia entre dos perfiles de profesionales que destacarán en el ámbito laboral. 

Por un lado, encontraremos a aquellos empleados que utilizan la IA para automatizar, optimizar y crear procesos en la empresa. A estos trabajadores se les demandará ser creativos para obtener herramientas que ayuden a conseguir resultados de forma más eficiente, a reducir los errores y a ver oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y puestos de trabajo, mediante las soluciones que diseñan.

Esto ha hecho que el perfil del Científico de datos,se haya convertido en uno de los perfiles más demandados en el mercado laboral actual, por su capacidad de desarrollo de nuevos modelos matemáticos, métodos analíticos y modelos de aprendizaje, en los que se basan estas herramientas. Este tipo de profesionales mantiene un conocimiento interdisciplinar, capaz de plantear soluciones a través de datos y técnicas avanzadas. 

Pero en las empresas, también emerge otro perfil: el del empleado que utilizará estas soluciones automatizadas, basadas en IA, al que se les pedirá creatividad en su uso. “Ellos son los que se encuentran en la otra cara de la moneda, los que se enfrentan a las soluciones inteligentes. De ellos, se espera flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio, pero también ser capaces de integrar estas herramientas en su día a día. Además, deben estar dispuestos a aprender de ellas e interactuar siendo innovadores y creativos” señala la doctora Yudith Cardinale de VIU.

La formación, clave para una “inteligencia colaborativa” en las empresas

El reto, prosigue Cardinale, “es que la mayoría de los empleados de este perfil en las empresas, son empleados en puestos tradicionales que deben actualizarse y aprender a usar las herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial disponibles; para ser capaces de automatizar sus tareas rutinarias, para generar resultados de manera más eficiente y para evolucionar en sus propios puestos de trabajo, o prepararse para los nuevos puestos que se están generando y que demandan profesionales con conocimientos específicos en las áreas de la Inteligencia Artificial. Y, para ello la formación es totalmente esencial”.

Para la directora del Doctorado en Ciencia de Datos y Big Data de la Universidad Internacional de Valencia, los profesionales deben formarse, reinventarse y desarrollarse para dar paso a la automatización de los procesos en las empresas, basada en la IA. Además, esto va a ayudar a la mejora de su productividad, a que tengan un mayor apoyo en la resolución de complicaciones técnicas y puedan ser más eficientes en la realización de tareas cotidianas y aburridas. Pero también es un incentivo de la creatividad, puede mejorar su calidad de vida respecto a su trabajo, reducir su grado de estrés y generar una mayor satisfacción profesional y personal. 

“De esta forma, se habla de una era de “inteligencia colaborativa” en la empresa en la que, tanto el personal humano como las herramientas de IA, se adaptan y aprenden para así alcanzar objetivos compartidos. La Inteligencia Artificial en las empresas debe verse como un aliado, no como una amenaza. Aunque está claro que, para ello, las empresas y los empleados deberán prepararse para adaptar el pensamiento, los flujos de trabajo y los estilos de gestión” confirma Yudith Cardinale de la Universidad Internacional de Valencia, pero “sobre todo deberán formarse para un uso ético. En la aplicación de la IA en la empresa no puede faltar la ética y la moral del trabajo”, añade.

La aplicabilidad de la ética y la moral en el sector laboral

Actualmente, las empresas están inmersas en una serie de desafíos al aplicar las técnicas que ofrece la Inteligencia Artificial. Para la experta, la transparencia, la indiscriminación y la seguridad de la privacidad, son los elementos que deben mantener de manera ética y moral las empresas para el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial, guiada a su vez con un compromiso social. 

“Iniciativas como El Consejo Empresarial para la Ética de la IA en América Latina y el anteproyecto de ley de gobernanza de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en España, establecen estándares y marcos éticos que definen principios, responsabilidades y buenas prácticas para que las empresas puedan convivir junto a las herramientas que ofrece la Inteligencia Artificial.”, expone la doctora de VIU. 

Los directivos de las empresas tienen que asegurar que la Inteligencia Artificial se aplica dentro de las regulaciones éticas y morales que están establecidas, a través del monitoreo y la evaluación de las herramientas y el uso de ellas. Además, “la formación es indispensable para asegurar un correcto cumplimiento, siendo los empleados quiénes permanecen en constante actualización de las buenas prácticas que se deben aplicar en cuanto al uso de la Inteligencia Artificial. Hay que tener especial cuidado en no caer en el plagio, ni hacer un uso indebido para el beneficio propio en el detrimento de otros”, concluye Yudith Cardinale.
