La Escuela de Capacitación Profesional de Konecta Foundation y Banco Santander vuelve a abrir sus puertas para impulsar la empleabilidad y la inserción laboral.
El programa, que combina formación en técnicas de venta, habilidades digitales y contenidos específicos sobre el servicio del Banco Santander, arranca un nuevo curso con más de 20 alumnos.
Desde su lanzamiento, la Escuela ha formado y otorgado un certificado de profesionalidad a 105 personas en situación de vulnerabilidad, logrando la inserción laboral del 85% de ellas.
Konecta Foundation y Banco Santander celebraron ayer la inauguración de una nueva edición de su Escuela de Capacitación Profesional, un programa impulsado por ambas entidades con el objetivo de facilitar la inserción laboral de personas en situación de vulnerabilidad. El acto tuvo lugar en el Centro de Formación Aranda, en Madrid, donde se desarrolla el itinerario formativo durante estas semanas.
La nueva edición ha arrancado con más de 20 participantes que han sido preseleccionados por Konecta Foundation, para ser formados por el equipo de la Fundación, así como los equipos de Capital Humano de Konecta y Banco Santander. Asimismo, en el proceso de captación han colaborado diversas entidades sociales como Fundación ONCE, Cáritas, Cruz Roja, Fundación MUM, la Oficina de Empleo de Madrid y organizaciones del ámbito de la discapacidad auditiva como FESORCAM, CNSE, Asomadrid o IELSE.
La formación, que comenzó el pasado 30 de junio, se estructura en dos bloques: una primera fase centrada en técnicas de venta y competencias digitales, y una segunda dedicada a la formación específica en productos y procesos del Banco Santander, trabajando con el manual de calidad de la empresa y el glosario de términos financieros, para familiarizarse con la terminología y los procesos. Además, los participantes reciben sesiones de coaching, formación en ofimática, charlas inspiradoras —como la impartida por Beatriz Trigueros, antigua alumna del programa— y un acompañamiento personalizado por parte del equipo de Konecta Foundation.
El propósito del proyecto es facilitar el acceso al empleo en el sector de atención al cliente, un ámbito con alta demanda de perfiles especializados. En este sentido, está previsto que los participantes se incorporen a sus nuevos puestos de trabajo el próximo 25 de agosto.
Desde su creación, la Escuela de Capacitación de Konecta Foundation ha formado a más de 100 personas, con una tasa de inserción laboral del 85%. “Este proyecto demuestra que la colaboración entre el sector empresarial y el tercer sector puede generar un verdadero impacto social, proporcionando herramientas reales a quienes más lo necesitan”, apunta Graciela de la Morena, directora de KonectaFoundation.
Igualmente, Juan Carlos Andaranz, director de Clientes de Konecta en España, destaca que “el apoyo de Banco Santander es clave para impulsar esta iniciativa y facilitar la inserción laboral. Desde Konecta, buscamos crear oportunidades reales de empleo, así como acompañar a los alumnos con un equipo comprometido y con experiencia en integración. Por ello, les animamos a aprovechar esta oportunidad y prepararse para su futuro profesional”.
Por su parte, Gregorio Pantoja, director de Digital Sales & Service en Banco Santander España, añade que “la Escuela de Capacitación Profesional de Konecta Foundation ofrece algo esencial: formación que transforma vidas. Lo que la hace única es el vínculo humano que se genera entre participantes y formadores, y el compromiso de todo el equipo. En Banco Santander creemos firmemente en este tipo de iniciativas y seguiremos impulsándolas porque ayudan a las personas a crecer y evolucionar y enriquecen a todos los que participamos en ellas”.
La colaboración entre ambas entidades, que comenzó en 2021, se consolida como un ejemplo de alianza estratégica con impacto, en el que convergen la acción social, la formación y la empleabilidad.
