- Las cuatro comunidades que más contratos van a generar son Andalucía (24.370), Cataluña (18.850), la Comunidad de Madrid (16.570), y la Comunidad Valenciana (12.675). Estas cuatro regiones acaparan casi seis de cada diez contratos, concretamente el 59% del total
- Canarias lidera el crecimiento (+12,5%), seguida de la Comunidad de Madrid (+7,3%), Islas Baleares y La Rioja (+6,5% cada una), Galicia (+6,4%) y Cataluña (+6,0%). Castilla-La Mancha es la única que registra un leve retroceso del -0,1%. Por su parte, Extremadura (+1,5%), Cantabria y Castilla y León (+2,0% cada una), y Asturias (+2,8%), registran los crecimientos más moderados.
- En hostelería se firmarán 108.025 contratos (+6,1% respecto al año anterior), alcanzando el 85,5% del total de contrataciones. Por su parte, el sector del transporte y la logística generará 9.745 contratos (+2,4%) y representará el 7,7% del total y, finalmente, el entretenimiento generará 8.490 firmas (+2,8%), el 6,7% restante
- Los perfiles más demandados para esta campaña son camareros de sala, cocineros, jefes de sala, encargados de turno y administrativos hoteleros
Madrid, 1 de abril de 2025.–Randstad, la empresa de talento líder en España y en el mundo, ha publicado sus previsiones de contratación para Semana Santa de 2025 enfocándose en los sectores directamente impactados por esta campaña, como son el transporte y la logística, hostelería y el entretenimiento.
Según los datos analizados, esta campaña generará en España un total de 126.260 contrataciones, lo que supone un aumento del 5,6% respecto al año anterior, cuando se registraron 119.590 contratos. La tendencia de crecimiento sostenido se mantiene incluso si analizamos las cifras respecto al 2019, cuando se registraron 116.115 firmas, lo que equivale a un aumento del 8,7%.
Si ponemos el foco en el comportamiento de los sectores clave para Semana Santa, observamos cómo el sector de la hostelería está liderando la creación de contrataciones. Concretamente para 2025 se cerrarán 108.025 firmas (un 6,1% más que el año anterior cuando se crearon 101.810), representando más del 85% del peso total.
Por su parte, el sector del transporte y la logística generará 9.745, un 2,4% más que en 2024 cuando se crearon 9.520 firmas y representando casi el 8% del total. Finalmente, el sector del entretenimiento generará 8.490 contratos, un 2,8% más que el año anterior, cuando cerró con 8.260 firmas. Este sector ocupa más del 6% del total de vacantes para 2025.
El repunte en la actividad en el sector hostelero durante la campaña de Semana Santa refleja el dinamismo del mercado laboral español, impulsado por el crecimiento del turismo tanto nacional como extranjero, el aumento del gasto y el incremento comercial. Este comportamiento está siendo clave para confirmar que España mantiene una tendencia positiva en su actividad económica y esto se traduce en nuevas oportunidades laborales para el talento”, asegura Andrés Menéndez, director general de Randstad Trabajo Temporal España.
Andalucía, Cataluña, Comunidad de Madrid y Comunidad Valenciana concentran seis de cada diez contratos
En el análisis regional, las cuatro comunidades autónomas que más contratos van a generar son: Andalucía (24.370), Cataluña (18.850), la Comunidad de Madrid (16.570), y la Comunidad Valenciana (12.675). Estas cuatro regiones acaparan seis de cada diez contratos, concretamente el 59% del total.
Si analizamos el comportamiento respecto al año anterior, Canarias lidera el crecimiento con un aumento del 12,5%, alcanzando las 8.255 firmas en 2025. Esta región es una de las más favorecidas en términos de actividad, debido al turismo. Le sigue de cerca la Comunidad de Madrid, que registra un incremento del 7,3% con 16.570 firmas. Además, siguen Islas Baleares (con 6.560) y La Rioja (735), que también muestran un desempeño positivo con un crecimiento del 6,5% cada una. Y, finalmente, Galicia que crece un 6,4% (7.020) y Cataluña con un 6,0%, alcanzando las 18.850 firmas en 2025.
Por otro lado, Castilla-La Mancha se posiciona como la única comunidad autónoma que experimenta un ligero retroceso, registrando una leve caída del 0,1% respecto al año anterior, quedándose en 4.770 firmas.
Otras regiones que presentan incrementos más moderados son: Extremadura, que cerrará 2.390 contratos (+1,5%); Cantabria, con 2.020 firmas, y Castilla y León, con 5.490, creciendo ambas un 2,0%. Le sigue el Principado de Asturias, que también muestra un ligero crecimiento del 2,8%, hasta los 2.220 contratos. En estas comunidades se observa un dinamismo similar al año anterior, aunque con incrementos moderados al ser destinos habituales del turismo interior, más familiar.
En paralelo, la Comunidad Valenciana sube un 3,6% respecto al año anterior, le sigue Aragón, con 3.645 firmas, que crece un 4,7%; y, finalmente, en el rango del +5-6% encontramos a Navarra, País Vasco, Región de Murcia y Andalucía.
Camareros, cocineros y administración hotelera, los perfiles más buscados
En esta campaña de Semana Santa, las empresas necesitarán profesionales con poco margen de tiempo, ya que el mercado y sus demandas evolucionan de manera ágil. Por lo tanto, se buscan perfiles con una alta disponibilidad y adaptación rápida al puesto, preferiblemente con experiencia previa en el sector en el que desarrollan su actividad.
En el sector hostelero, que concentra la mayor parte de la demanda laboral durante esta temporada, los perfiles más solicitados son camareros de sala y barra, cocineros y ayudantes de cocina, camareros de piso para la limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones, recepcionistas de hotel con dominio de idiomas extranjeros, y jefes de sala con experiencia en gestión de equipos.
Además, los perfiles de maître y sumiller están ganando relevancia en establecimientos de alta gama, mientras que en el ámbito de la restauración rápida se buscan encargados de turno y personal de atención al cliente. Por otro lado, la demanda de personal de administración hotelera, como coordinadores de reservas, también aumenta para garantizar una óptima atención al cliente y gestión operativa.
En cuanto al sector logístico y de transporte, la campaña de Semana Santa impulsa la demanda de perfiles clave para garantizar el movimiento eficiente de mercancías y el traslado seguro de pasajeros. Entre los más solicitados se encuentran los conductores de camiones y furgonetas para la distribución de productos en destinos turísticos, así como los conductores de autobuses turísticos y vehículos de transporte privado. Además, los operadores de almacén y mozos de carga y descarga son esenciales para gestionar el alto volumen de mercancías, mientras que los coordinadores logísticos y planificadores de rutas se vuelven imprescindibles para optimizar los tiempos de entrega y la eficiencia operativa.
Por su parte, en el sector del entretenimiento, los perfiles más demandados son animadores turísticos, monitores de actividades recreativas y coordinadores de eventos, especialmente en destinos costeros y zonas de alta afluencia turística. Además, se valoran habilidades en dinamización de grupos, atención al cliente y manejo de herramientas digitales para la gestión de reservas y programación de actividades.
Finalmente, es importante destacar que las compañías están solicitando perfiles con dominio de determinadas herramientas tecnológicas. No solo porque muchos puestos de trabajo exigen el dominio de plataformas o aplicaciones propias de su sector, sino también debido al notable aumento de la digitalización incluso en puestos más básicos.
