KPMG ha incorporado a José Morejón a su área de Consultoría de People & Change con el objetivo
de reforzar su posicionamiento en consultoría de gestión de personas, talento y digitalización, con
foco en la implantación de soluciones Workday. Esta área, dedicada a transformar la función de
Recursos Humanos y la gestión del cambio en las organizaciones forma parte del ecosistema de la
firma enfocado a la prestación de servicios y soluciones en transformación y tecnología, que cuenta
con alrededor de 1.000 profesionales especializados.
José Morejón cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en la gestión del talento y la
transformación cultural de las empresas. A lo largo de su carrera profesional ha ocupado puestos de
responsabilidad en importantes organizaciones como Roche Farma o Banco Santander, diseñando e
implementando programas de gestión de personas y transformación cultural. También ha ejercido
como Chief People Officer en Santander Digital Services, sociedad del banco centrada en el
desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas en áreas como Cloud, Data, Ciber, Software Engineering o
Inteligencia Artificial.
En el ámbito académico, es director del Máster de Recursos Humanos y del Executive de IA en
RRHH en el Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
