Konecta Foundation y Fad Juventud se alían para impulsar la formación de jóvenes en IA aplicada a la atención al cliente.
La iniciativa ofrecerá formación técnica y habilidades transversales acreditadas a 300 jóvenes.
Ambas instituciones ponen en marcha este programa formativo con el objetivo de mejorar la empleabilidad juvenil y cerrar la brecha entre formación y mercado laboral digital.
.Konecta Foundation y Fad Juventud,han sellado una alianza estratégica para ofrecer formación especializada en Inteligencia Artificial (IA) aplicada a la experiencia del cliente, con el fin de mejorar la empleabilidad juvenil en un sector en plena transformación digital y con una creciente demanda de perfiles cualificados.
La iniciativa surge como respuesta a una doble realidad: la elevada tasa de desempleo juvenil en España, que alcanzó el 27,7 % en el cuarto trimestre de 2024, según datos del INE, y la escasez de profesionales preparados para los retos del nuevo entorno digital. De acuerdo con el informe DigitalES 2024, más de 120.000 puestos tecnológicos quedaron sin cubrir el año pasado, muchos de ellos vinculados a la atención al cliente digital, la automatización de procesos y la operación de herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
Un itinerario formativo pionero en el sector
El programa se enmarca dentro deGoeTechAcademy, la academia digital de Fad Juventud, e integra un completo itinerario de formación que combina conocimientos técnicos, desarrollo de competencias transversales y acompañamiento personalizado. El objetivo es que los participantes adquieran una visión integral de la atención al cliente digital impulsada por IA, abarcando desde el manejo de chatbots, asistentes virtuales y herramientas de automatización, hasta el aprendizaje automático, la IA generativa y la ética tecnológica.
La colaboración prevé que 300 jóvenes accedan al itinerario general de Inteligencia Artificial de GoeTechAcademy, con formación acreditada por entidades como IBM SkillsBuild y Microsoft. A partir de esta base común, los participantes podrán continuar su especialización en atención al cliente digital a través de la Escuela Konecta Foundation, que ofrecerá una formación avanzada en IA aplicada al customermanagement y una bolsa de empleo específica de Konecta, orientada a perfiles técnicos para atención digital.
Para Graciela de la Morena, directora de Konecta Foundation, la alianza supone un paso decisivo para cerrar la brecha entre la formación y el mercado laboral: “Con esta colaboración no solo buscamos reducir la tasa de desempleo juvenil, sino que impulsamos una nueva generación de profesionales preparados para liderar la transformación digital de la atención al cliente”.
Por su parte, Beatriz Martín Padura, directora general de Fad Juventud, subrayó: “En un contexto donde la digitalización avanza más rápido que las oportunidades para muchas y muchos jóvenes, es esencial acompañarlos para que puedan desarrollar su talento y confianza. Con esta alianza, queremos que la inteligencia artificial se convierta en una herramienta de inclusión y de crecimiento personal, no en una nueva barrera de desigualdad.”
Un impacto directo en la empleabilidad juvenil
El proyecto contempla, además, una estrategia de difusión para llegar a jóvenes en situación de desempleo o riesgo de exclusión, con campañas en redes sociales, colaboración con entidades educativas y acciones de sensibilización para dar a conocer las oportunidades que ofrece la formación tecnológica en atención al cliente digital.
Se espera que al menos el 80% de los participantes valore de forma positiva la experiencia formativa y que una parte significativa de los jóvenes que completen la especialización acceda a un empleo en el sector, contribuyendo así a reducir la brecha entre formación, digitalización y empleabilidad en España.
