Este año fiscal, que finaliza en agosto de 2025, la cadena danesa JYSK ha consolidado su compromiso con el bienestar laboral al obtener reconocimientos y certificaciones como empleador en 21 países. Además, ha sido destacada por Forbes como una de las “Mejores Empresas para Trabajar del Mundo”

Récord de premios como empleador
Es la primera vez que tantos países donde opera JYSK reciben un premio o certificación como empleador. En 10 de ellos, JYSK ha obtenido la certificación ‘Top Employer‘, otorgada por la organización independiente Top Employer Institute, que evalúa las prácticas de RRHH de las empresas y la experiencia de los empleados.
En España, Dinamarca y Finlandia, JYSK obtuvo la certificación ‘Great Place to Work‘, basada en encuestas y valoraciones de los propios empleados. En España, además, la compañía ocupó el tercer lugar en la categoría de más de 1.000 empleados en la 23ª edición de los Best Workplaces 2025. Otros países donde JYSK opera también fueron reconocidos con certificaciones locales similares.
Una gran oferta para los empleados
El reconocimiento de JYSK como empleador no se limita únicamente a los países con certificación. Según la última encuesta interna de satisfacción realizada en 2024, la compañía obtuvo una puntuación de 75 sobre 100 en satisfacción laboral y motivación entre los empleados de todos los países JYSK.
“Lo más importante es que nuestro equipo esté motivado y satisfecho”, afirma Camilla Ölander, y añade: “JYSK debe ser una propuesta atractiva para todos sus empleados, y nuestras encuestas internas muestran que los valores de la empresa -compromiso, compañerismo y espíritu corporativo- se viven en todos los países donde operamos“.
