Isabel Salazar, nueva directora general de la Fundación Telefónica.
Madrid, 3 de julio de 2025.- Isabel Salazar Páramo será la nueva directora general de la Fundación Telefónica. La dirección se completa con el nombramiento de Javier Gutiérrez-Bolívar como subdirector general de Innovación y Estrategia e Iñigo Audibert como subdirector general de Transformación, Eficiencia y Soporte.
La subdirección de Innovación y Estrategia agrupará las áreas de Innovación Cultural y Pensamiento Crítico (Pablo Gonzalo); Innovación Social, Empleo, Educación y Voluntariado (Inés Temes); y Carteras de Inversión Tecnológica.
La subdirección general de Transformación, Eficiencia y Soporte agrupará a las de Transformación digital y Eficiencia, Administración y Finanzas, y Personas (Susana Prieto).
Por su parte, la dirección adjunta a la presidencia ejecutiva (Luisa Alli) gestionará las áreas de Comunicación y Marketing (Lydia Loste) y Relaciones Institucionales (Joan Cruz). El área Jurídica y Compliance y la coordinación con la Fundación ProFuturo dependerán directamente de la nueva directora general.
Isabel Salazar sustituirá en el cargo a Luis Prendes a quien agradecemos su generosidad y desempeño durante estos años.
Enrique Goñi, presidente ejecutivo de la Fundación Telefónica cree que, con la nueva dirección la Fundación “acelerará su foco en la innovación diferencial en lo tecnológico” y en el objetivo de convertirse en un “referente europeo” en la promoción de estrategias, ideas y propuestas que promuevan la generación europea de tecnologías de escala tan competitivas como éticas.
Salazar es Licenciada en Derecho y Diplomada en Empresariales por la Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE-E1). Ha sido directora de asesoría jurídica y compliance de la Fundación Telefónica. Cuenta con 20 años de experiencia en el ámbito corporativo empresarial y fundacional. Comenzó su trayectoria profesional en el sector del gran consumo y, en 2011, se incorporó a la secretaría general del Grupo Telefónica. Entre otras responsabilidades, ha sido responsable jurídico de Wayra, la aceleradora de startups de Telefónica, también de Fundación ProFuturo además de responsable de integridad en la dirección global de compliance del grupo Telefónica.
Javier Gutiérrez-Bolívar es Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Se incorporó a Telefónica en 2008, en el área de Fusiones y Adquisiciones Corporativas, enfocando sus esfuerzos en transacciones corporativas, especialmente en proyectos en Latinoamérica. En 2021 asumió la dirección de Desarrollo Corporativo de Telefónica HISPAM, siendo responsable de liderar proyectos de alianzas, fusiones y adquisiciones, así como de la incorporación de inversores que permitan optimizar activos y acelerar el crecimiento en los diferentes países de la región. Desde el año 2024 ha apoyado a la Fundación Telefónica en su definición estratégica.
Iñigo Audibert es Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Se unió al grupo Telefónica en 2002 donde ha trabajado en diferentes áreas de control interno como intervención, auditoría e inspección corporativa. Posteriormente, en 2011, se incorporó a Fundación Telefónica como responsable de control de gestión para Latinoamérica, liderando la oficina de gestión de proyectos. Desde 2019 es responsable global de finanzas, procesos y control de Fundación Telefónica y posteriormente asumió también el área de Acción Social y Voluntariado.
