Hacker ético, el perfil clave que demandan las empresas españolas para combatir la ciberseguridad.
Los ciberataques son una amenaza que cada vez afecta a más empresas españolas. Según el informe ‘Ciberseguridad como activo’, publicado recientemente por Vodafone Empresas en colaboración con el Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad (Incibe), los ciberataques dirigidos a empresas se incrementaron en 2024 un 43% interanual.
Ante este escenario, el perfil del hacker ético se ha convertido en una pieza clave de la ciberseguridad y su demanda por parte de las empresas no deja de crecer. La escuela tecnológica digital Tokio School ofrece cursos de especialización en hacking ético, para formar a profesionales que utilizan las mismas técnicas que usaría un atacante real, pero lo hacen de forma legal y controlada..
El perfil de experto en ciberseguridad se encuentra en el tercer puesto de trabajo con mayor crecimiento en los últimos tres años, con un aumento de ofertas del 508%, según un informe de la Asociación Española para la Digitalización.
Los hackers éticos son solicitados por grandes empresas, bancos, comercios online, tecnológicas, consultoras de ciberseguridad y también organismos públicos. Cualquier entidad que gestione datos sensibles o transacciones de dinero necesita este perfil para protegerse frente al aumento de ataques digitales.
El equipo académico de Tokio School destaca la importancia de una figura como la del hacker ético para la prevención de ataques: “Hoy en día no basta con reaccionar cuando hay un problema. Las empresas necesitan prevenir. Un hacker ético permite detectar fallos antes de que se conviertan en incidentes graves, protege la confianza del cliente y evita pérdidas económicas y daños reputacionales. En un contexto de compras online constantes este perfil es más necesario que nunca”.
