Grupo Elecnor invierte 46 millones de euros en prevención de accidentes.
La compañía cuenta con 472 técnicos de Seguridad y Salud y 93 profesionales sanitarios para el cuidado de su plantilla en más de 40 países.
Grupo Elecnor ha formado a más de 2.900 trabajadores en la prevención de accidentes y riesgos laborales a través de su campaña ‘Controla tus Riesgos’.
En 2024 realizó más de 95.000 inspecciones de seguridad e implementó más de 79.000 medidas correctoras.
En total, Elecnor ha impartido más de 730.000 horas de formación en seguridad y 145.000 horas específicas en áreas tecnológicas con más 600.000 asistentes.
Grupo Elecnor ha invertido más de 46 millones de euros durante el último año para reforzar la
prevención de accidentes, lo que permitirá elevar la seguridad y salud de sus trabajadores y de
todas las personas intervinientes en sus trabajos. El objetivo de la compañía es conseguir lo
que denominan como “cero accidentes”. Los resultados del pasado ejercicio en cuanto a
seguridad y salud de los trabajadores fueron los segundos mejores en la serie histórica del
grupo con un índice de frecuencia que obtuvo un 2,0 de valor. El compromiso con la
prevención de accidentes laborales es una prioridad absoluta para Elecnor, que a lo largo de
2024 ha contado con los servicios de 472 técnicos especializados y 93 profesionales sanitarios
para el cuidado de su plantilla en más de 40 países. Además, han formado a más de 2.900
trabajadores a través de su programa de Concienciación ‘Controla tus riesgos’.
“La formación es la base de una prevención sólida y, por ello, hemos impartido 736.800 horas
en seguridad y salud, así como 145.500 horas en cuestiones tecnológicas con más de 600.000
asistentes”, explica el CEO de Grupo Elecnor, Alberto García de los Ángeles, quien añade: “A
pesar de los buenos resultados, no estamos del todo satisfechos y seguiremos trabajando duro
para mejorar, aún más, los índices. Nuestro objetivo es el de cero accidentes y eso lo
conseguiremos con la máxima solvencia en la prevención de accidentes”.
En el Grupo Elecnor se realizaron 346.100 Permisos de Riesgo Principal (PRPs), 95.050
inspecciones de seguridad, 79.600 medidas correctoras y 680 auditorías internas de obra a lo
largo de 2024 con el objetivo de intensificar y optimizar el control de las condiciones del
trabajo en campo.
Innovación para mejorar Seguridad y Salud
Grupo Elecnor apuesta por la Innovación como herramienta clave para mejorar las condiciones
de Seguridad y Salud de sus trabajadores, así como en la prevención de accidentes. A través
de la transformación digital agilizan los procesos y reducen el impacto burocrático y los
trámites. Siguen desarrollando un proyecto propio de Inteligencia Artificial y Big Data en el
análisis de los millones de datos provenientes de SegurT, PRPs y Notific@, así como la
Realidad Virtual para mejorar el entrenamiento de los operadores locales.
“En Elecnor contamos con los sistemas más avanzados para mejorar los ámbitos de Seguridad
y Salud de la compañía. No obstante, también lo concebimos como una tarea de todos, donde
todas las ideas cuentan para conseguir nuestro objetivo de accidentes cero, por lo que hemos
recogido más de 1.020 ideas de mejora propuestas por nuestros propios trabajadores, que con
sus experiencias propias suponen un valor imponderable”, explica Alberto García de los Ángeles.
Grupo Elecnor ha desarrollado más de 16.000 reuniones de concienciación a lo largo del
pasado curso, así como el envío semanal de contactos de seguridad a más de 18.000
empleados para su uso en todas las reuniones y formaciones.
Reconocimiento por su labor en seguridad
Grupo Elecnor ha sido reconocido recientemente por su compromiso en materia de seguridad y
prevención de accidentes. En la XXXIV Jornada de Seguridad “Excelencia en Prevención” que
EDP celebró en Santander, la compañía ha recibido dos distinciones destacadas: una, por ser
la empresa más proactiva en seguridad; otra, por su excelencia en la gestión de los trabajos
realizados durante la DANA de Valencia. Además, un trabajador de campo de Elecnor fue
galardonado por su compromiso con la seguridad en obra.
