Eurofirms Group y la Huawei Spain Academy se unen para impulsar el talento tecnológico de cerca de 15.000 personas en España.
Eurofirms Group, primera multinacional española de gestión de talento, y Huawei Spain Academy, proyecto pionero impulsado por Huawei en España, se han unido para potenciar la formación en nuevas tecnologías y promover el desarrollo del talento. A través de esta alianza, se ponen a disposición cursos online dirigidos tanto a empleados directos e indirectos de Eurofirms Group, como al ecosistema de profesionales con el que colaboran, que en total suman cerca de 15.000 personas en España.
La Huawei Spain Academy nació el año pasado con el objetivo de formar en España hasta 50.000 personas en los próximos 5 años. En este sentido, Eurofirms Group se adhiere a este proyecto académico, lo que permitirá incluir los cursos y programas con los que ya cuenta la plataforma académica de Huawei Spain Academy en la academia denominada Eurofirms University by Huawei. Esta colaboración se convierte en una oportunidad para ampliar el alcance de la formación especializada, promoviendo el desarrollo profesional y contribuyendo al fortalecimiento del sector tecnológico en el país.
Al acto del acuerdo han acudido Carmen González Gens, vicepresidenta de Huawei España y Miquel Jordá, presidente y CEO de Eurofirms Group y diferentes representantes de ambas entidades.
En palabras de Carmen González Gens, vicepresidenta de Huawei España, “Esta unión representa un paso importante para la compañía. Mejorar las competencias digitales y ayudar a cerrar la brecha de colectivos vulnerables es una de las metas que siempre tenemos presentes en nuestra hoja de ruta. Estamos muy contentos de esta unión y de materializar todos los esfuerzos que estamos poniendo en la Huawei Spain Academy, nuestro objetivo no es otro que acercar la tecnología a todas las personas para su beneficio y ayudarles a utilizar las TIC en igualdad de condiciones. Por eso, queremos ofrecer todo el apoyo necesario al ecosistema de talento con el que colaboramos, potenciando su formación y desarrollo profesional”.
Por su parte, Miquel Jordà, presidente y CEO de Eurofirms, ha destacado que “en Eurofirms creemos firmemente que el crecimiento de las empresas solo es posible a través del desarrollo de las personas; lo que va en línea con nuestra cultura People first, que sitúa a las personas en el centro de todas nuestras decisiones, impulsando su talento y bienestar como motor de transformación. Este acuerdo no es el primero impulsado por ambas entidades, Huawei y Eurofirms Foundation, fundación que nace del compromiso social de Eurofirms Group, ya han trabajado previamente para fomentar el desarrollo y formación en competencias digitales de personas con discapacidad, así como en acciones de sensibilización para generar entornos accesibles y promover la igualdad de oportunidades. En este sentido, Huawei fue patrocinador exclusivo del evento “Líderes por la inclusión”, celebrado por Eurofirms Foundation el pasado mes de octubre.
La Huawei Spain Academy se apoya en cuatro pilares fundamentales que reflejan su compromiso con la formación tecnológica y el desarrollo del talento en España. Los Training Center, con más de 400 m² en Madrid, ofrecen espacios de aprendizaje práctico y especializado; la Plataforma Académica, abierta y gratuita para la sociedad en su conjunto, con especial foco en estudiantes y centros de educación superior, pone a disposición un currículo innovador en conectividad, Cloud & Computing y desarrollo de aplicaciones, con la participación de más de 20 universidades españolas.
